most Chinese students prefer to email contact (to make perfect sentences). I
encourage you start getting used to call somebody if any question.

2. Is employment letter really necessary if I have paystubs? I have a visa p
pointment on Monday monring and not sure whether my HR will be able to provi
de one that day...(i know, i should have prepared for it earlier...)
