你显然不会做project management。
你不妨用正式的meeting request 来开会，然后把项目分块，问他们time estimate。
做project management不要老想着自己是junior，求人，等。business oriented。该
开会开会，该布置任务布置任务。你要把自己摆在project manager 的位置上，而不是
喽罗的位置上。任务布置完了，跟踪，管理，再可以搞一些软的东西。如果他们给的时
间太长，你就跟他们negotiate，实在不行领导出马。时间如果是在缩不短，那也没办
法，可能就要take 这么长。从各方面施加影响就是让那个时间更真实一些。
如果你开会都交不动，那你老板的这个poject就胡扯了，根本没上面的支持，upper
managment 都没理顺，还管理个屁。 |

webBrowser control。
但是在关闭dialog时， 不定期的出现 Access violation 问题 在 msxml3.dll 里。
我装聊个 Microsoft 的 application Verifier，这时每次关闭dialog时，都会在
destroy 第二个 controlsite 时，
~COleControlSite（） 中crash 在 m——pOject——》SetClientSite（NULL），
在Application Verifier 的
log 里，看到 TLS error， Invalid TLS index used in stack trace。 Need to
used the
lower part of the index。
有没有人碰到过类似的情况啊？ 请问哪有关于使用Microsoft Webbrowser control ，
介绍 OLE control 机制的文章或书啊？

像简历一定要在一页就很滑稽，自己经历多就可多写，我的简历就是两页，要不然什么都
交待不清楚。比如做过的project,一般人就列个标题，后来咨询了个已经工作了的人，他
叫我把project的funding assigner,所用过的工具以及完成时间都写上去，效果的确好很
多。现在这个interview的人就因为我完成的poject是来自于NASA,认为比较impressive.
经历等等，最后还聊到了所喜欢做的事情，发现engineer的头和我一样都比较喜欢metall |

其实这算不上customize,把会的东西都写上去，侧重你经验最丰富的那一项就好了，不会
的东西你写上去心里面也觉得不踏实。
当然大牛十项全能的也有，那就可以根据job requirment把简历俺要求写得深入些。不过
在ME领域所见到的不多。
