发帖数: 613 | 13 好不容易熬过了早期的spotting，没想到又出新状况了。22周了，最近有点断断续续的spotting，不是天天有。打电话给医生，被告知三周前的B超结果非常好，没什么异常。让做个cervical exam。被poke了一下之后又告诉我一切正常。医生说当排除了其他可能之后，有的人就是会有些spotting，只要不是大量bleeding就没事。她还说很多因素会导致spotting，像sex，heavy lifting， straining due to constipation etc。我回忆了一下，只有straining最可能，可是我不是很费力的那种straining，难道也会导致出血？想问孕中期的姐妹有没有类似经历。希望宝宝一切都好呆到足月。多谢！ |

off line is 105 fasting, 190 1hr, 165 2hrs, 145 3 hrs.. I did not pass the
1st hr and 2nd hr.. so need to poke myself 4 times a day.. Anyways, based on
the values above... if you also drank 100g of glucose.. you should pass our
test... seems like you have a very strict doc... :-)

做了羊穿就是希
望许的愿望能够成真 --- 让偶的bb健康平安 :)
做的过程挺简单，不过当时偶去的诊所好像出了点什么问题，偶大概等了快两个小时才
做上。先在候诊
室等了一个多钟头，然后是上了诊断床露着肚子躺了40分钟把偶冻坏了（b超的护士去
找大夫咋也找不
到，后来说有些emergency issue），就让老公从他们柜子里找来两块毛巾搭上，还多
搞了一层纸把
上身也盖上。偶当时都有点气愤了，不过想想好事多磨就忍了。
后来护士医生都来了，看到偶的登记还说’wow, today is your birthday!'.偶说‘
yup. I am
ready to receive my b-day gift --- the needle poke'. 然后她们都笑了。刺的时候
偶不敢看，只看了b超屏幕，心理祈祷bb乖乖的，自己不要打喷嚏（实在太冷了）。针
扎进去的第一下就
是皮肤上的刺痛，好像验血那样很短也不算很痛，之后穿透子宫真的有点痛，并且有几
秒钟的时间吧。

因为果果是emergency C 的，当时是face up， 而且2次epidual对我不是很有效， 尽
管最后10指全开，加上果果头又很大，就只好C了。这次我和我的maternity doctor还
有OB谈到我的这个Case，他们都认为我能成功VBAC的机率会低于一些其他原因第一次剖
腹产的。 鉴于上次我在产后又suffer了epidual的side effect- headache， 最终
blood patch解决的，我决定这次就planned C
我们这的C-section，一般都放在下午3：00， 一直到我预产期的前一周我还不知道自
己是哪一天，被告知我在OPEN SLOT上， 也就是也许我只能在我c的前一天才被通知，
所以我索性决定自己就上班到39周的第一天， 哪知道刚打算把MATERNITY LEAVE的申请
表交上去，就接到通知，22日下午3点c， 当天中午11点CHECK IN，21号中午PRE-CHECK

发帖数: 3902 | 34 有人说孩子有什么问题妈妈是最清楚的，我的宝宝已经满十个月了，可我也常常搞不清
楚到底是什么问题，可能很多因素都在起作用吧。比如吃奶用滴管，看电视，而且时间
长，需要五十分钟甚至一个小时或更久，滴管老是poke他嘴，有的电视看腻了，推车里
坐久了都会厌烦。他长大些更想玩，有时候时间久一些他能多吃一些，但这个也受限，
因为他中间还需要nap, 时间安排上又要照顾他玩，消耗能量，又要他休息够，吃奶又
要这么久，不好安排。还有他的reflux,最近发现他有时候会吐舌头，有时候会中间呕
一口，吃完后这两天也有时候吐一些，就是最近三四天吧，可能是更严重了？
omeprazole现在每天吃一次2.5毫升，这个药已经吃了有一个月了吧，怎么说呢，一直
还是不喜欢吃奶，不知道是不是跟喂奶方法有关，但还是能每次喂7oz左右，有时候8oz
，再以前都是6oz吧。晚上喂奶前半小时吃药，这顿奶都相对容易些，喂的多些，快些
。是晚上躺喂吃完也没有竖抱造成reflux更糟糕？早上就不想吃奶，好不容易吃完奶，
哄睡后放推车里他的头会过一小会往一边扭一扭，好像喉咙有东西似的。我想早上再喂

机在睡觉挡住了我的路，于是我习惯性用手指把他戳醒了，谁知道他开口就大骂，说我
们中国人真的太不懂礼貌了，poke someone在他们国家是绝对的不允许的。
我就明白了，他挡着了我的路，又带着耳机闭着眼睛的，我不戳他，他如何知道

学校就读3年级。
我们这里华人不少，但在我女儿班里她却唯一一个亚裔女孩。
以前在其他学校，都是我接送上学了。来了新的学校享受了校车的待遇。孩子自然很开
心，在校车上估计很兴奋很好奇，大家都是说说笑笑，逗逗互相高心。为什么这么说，
是刚开始的时候就听我女儿说，车上一个叫greg的男孩很funny，经常做鬼脸什么的逗
大家高兴。
但再一段时间，我却收到了学校的来信，说我女儿yelling at someone, 问我女儿，竟
然是那个greg。我女儿个性很强。人家不得罪她，一般她也挺好的。女儿跟我说greg说
她是个big jerk ,我女儿感觉受到了伤害，所以大声跟他argue了，那个greg就报告给
司机，司机自然写了报告给学校，学校找了我女儿谈话，并把报告发到了家。
当初我也很生气，就去找学校，让我女儿解释来龙去脉。
跟我女儿说，stay away from greg.
今天又收到学校邮来的报告，说我女儿hit on the bus,学校已经找我女儿谈话，说不

先问他是什么情况，结果校长坚持要跟他先谈。进去了之后校长说是我儿子在教室里用
铅笔戳一个义工妈妈，要停课一天。我因为没有和儿子先谈，所以只能就着校长介绍的
情况讨论。校长同意我的说法，孩子平时都很好。我强调孩子平时连比他小的孩子欺负
他他都不怎么反应的，更别说和别人打架了。然后我说基于校长你介绍的情况，我认为
停课一天太严重，而且我希望我能跟孩子谈谈，了解一下他当时是对事件是怎么想的为
什么要那么做，再回过头来跟你确定该怎么惩罚合适。校长不同意，说是要马上开会，
还说他不在乎孩子是怎么想的，只是规定孩子不能用铅笔戳人。我当时说我在乎孩子是
怎么想的，说既然你不能等我跟孩子谈了之后再做决定，那么我不能同意你的停课的决
定，因为这样的惩罚太过严厉，但是我只能带他回家。校长说你不一定要把这个惩罚叫
成suspension，因为他不会纪录，可以说是go home early sick。我说明天早上我要跟
你谈，因为我会回去了解情况，再教育孩子不能打人，然后约了早上打铃上课之后。

发帖数: 10197 | 47 看了也没用，我儿子打小就爱流鼻血，8个月开始的，天生的，医生说就是鼻子里的血
管薄弱，受点刺激就破，没啥办法，如果干，就加湿，摸凡士林，让孩子别因为痒poke
鼻子。
流血的时候不用仰头，也不用塞纸，用手纸按紧鼻翼就行，坚持按个8-10分钟，血肯定
止了。
后来我们发现儿子只要吃巧克力，之后肯定会流鼻血，就是咱们中国人说是火大，美国
说的过敏。就不让他吃了。
大了，鼻子里的血管也结实多了，最近两年流得次数少多了。

没去馥园吃中餐？我在北美吃过最好的馆子之一
对小孩子来说，卡哇一不如oahu，小孩子不能hiking
一下子少了一半乐趣
卡哇一潜水也不错，但水浅的海面面积小，不如恐龙湾，更适合大人
但卡哇一看到海龟机会多不少
那个小店的poke很好吃
毛衣的潜水最好，不过要开船出去看，所以更适合大人
那个很美的开车山路，小孩子也不是那么喜欢
大岛多个火山，没啥特别
带孩子去，我会选oahu
人多，小孩子喜欢热闹，恐龙湾就是连去三个下午，小孩子也会很开心 |
