1）我们是大概6年前来美国，三年前搬家到现在这个州，需不需要以前居住的州的
police department出这个letter呢？如果需要的话，如何去要？本地的好说，直接去
警察局填表就好了。
2）两年前回国待了半年，那要不要国内的无犯罪记录证明？
办过这个的前辈给说一下。真是一个头两个大，弄个狗屁律卡麻烦一堆，真想拍屁股就
回国了。 |

police department in China. Go get a no criminal letter and go to a notary
office. They will do the translation for you. It is about 300RMB. They may
need your passport pages, first page and page shows when you leave China
last time. Also they may ask for authorization letter if you are not present

You can submit your PR application without police clearances.

通过自动登录的dropbox或gmail里记录的ip来查的。
当然有lojack的话，就很容易了，只要lojack被activate后，哪怕小偷换硬盘都没用了。
以上都要local police的积极配合，不然的话，也是瞎折腾。 |

别慌。
再考虑一下其他情况。
1）几点钟发生的车祸，谁的道上车流多。
如果是对方的道上车流多，而且是高峰时期的话，那么肯定是对付闯红灯，因为如果是
你闯红灯的话，可能会有多于二辆汽车受影响。
2）对方的驾驶记录，和你的驾驶记录
如果你的记录良好，而对方的记录前科累累的话，再加上witness第一次证词，和警察
报告，你就没有问题。 |

病的一定要马上去急诊或者至少马上要去医院。等一会儿再去门诊的话（没有入院），
就是自己的保险付了。对方的医疗要超过很大一个数额（具体是多少我记不清了）才能
由你的保险处理。 但是，这样的话她的保险也涨的不象话了。
俺去年就被一个韩国女人坑过，我追尾了，但是很轻微，我停车算及时，当时下着雨，
我们下车检查了一下，我的车连痕迹都没有，我一岁不到的儿子坐在车里都没有感觉到
什么，哭都没哭。她的车有很轻微的擦伤。我本来很客气的，但是她就说脖子疼脑袋疼
，我就说啥也不说了，叫警察，警察来了，看了一下，说这个不是Police Matter, 是
Civil Matter，让双方的保险公司自己协调处理。那个女人继续装，警察不耐烦了，说
太小的碰撞了不会有问题，然后很同情我的样子说罚款都不给我开了。而且也没有记录
，只有一个Case Number。 估计那女人看我开的是宝马想伺机敲一笔。当着我的面说
班也不上了，反正就是要赖我的样子。
后来，她的保险公司和我的保险公司都打电话来了解情况。我的保险公司了解情况后，
