doses of polio vaccine within an 8-year span when a proportion of the

我在家庭医生那里做了Tb,打了Ttap和MMR。昨天在体检医生那里除了问题。家庭医生说
我的Tb小于6mm,是阴性。可是移民医生说必须小于5mm，给了我一个阳性。让我做X-RAY
.大家做的时候也要注意这个问题。
我夫人的Tb skin test也是阳性，所以做了一个抽血检查，结果阴性。可是报告上说
but cannot be excluded when any illness is consistent with TB disease or
likelihood of progression to disease is increased.这个有问题吗？
除此以外，移民医生说我有保险，让我做polio,varicella,titen检测。他说这些中国
人应该都有（我的移民医生是个中国人）。可是现在我的附近不能检测POLIO，这个疫

疫苗接种一直是存在风险的，即使是西方发达国家也无法完全避免。我们之所以称疫苗
是个好东西，只是因为疫苗的好处远大于风险，并不是因为疫苗只有好处没有坏处。比
如，2000年以后全世界一共使用了超过100亿剂量的减活Polio病毒疫苗，算起来相当于
防止了600万小儿麻痹症病例，虽然在此过程中造成了580名儿童得病，但算下来还是划
算的，这是建立在科学基础上的真正的人道主义。
但这里面有个很重要的猫腻：传染病的传播是需要一定的人口基数为基础的，如果一群
人中的绝大多数都打了疫苗，这就相当于建立了一道屏障，传染病是无法传播下去的。
这一现象科学术语称之为“群体免疫”（Herd Immunity）。
还以Polio来举例，如今即使一个生活在发达国家的孩子不打Polio疫苗，他患小儿麻痹
症的风险仍然是很低的，所以“聪明”的家长会选择不给自己的孩子打疫苗，而让其他
的孩子打疫苗，这样既可以享受到疫苗的好处，又可以避免疫苗带来的风险，哪怕这个
风险其实是极小的。

发帖数: 70 | 25 疫苗根本就是脑残发明，一些人打了狂犬疫苗还是发病就是证明。疫苗从来没做过双盲
试验，根本无法证明有效。疫苗号称能预防的病大部分都是能治的。不能治的就是
polio和乙肝，但是polio在北美早就绝迹了，而且主要是粪便传播，50年代在灭活疫苗
出来后还有明显上升，后来出了活疫苗，但是反而会引发一些人得polio，所以现在又
改回灭活疫苗了。乙肝跟爱滋病一样的传播方式，请问小朋友被传上的机会能有多大？
而且只要不是母婴传染的都很容易自愈。但是疫苗一旦出事，就是无药可治的疑难病症
，自闭症，川崎病啥的。所以我宁愿自家孩子得那些常见病，也不要去冒那1% 自闭症
的险，都知道美国自闭症是1%吧？
至于别人家孩子怎么样，我反正不信疫苗，也就没什么对别的孩子负责一说。反正自家
孩子病了不出门我觉得就算够负责了，我作为母亲就做我认为对自己孩子最好的事，管
不了别人怎么想了。我绝不让疫苗毒害我的孩子。

发帖数: 2715 | 35 DTP， Hib， Polio都是打的一种叫Pentacel（trade Name）的针剂。但是DTP是要打5
剂，而Hib和Polio是打4剂。
我的问题是：1 如果要达到健康免疫的目的，到底应该总共打几剂？
2 Pentacel本身含有哪些vaccine种类？不想在换诊所的时候，和别的类
似联合试剂对一种vaccine打重复了。同一种商品名的针剂可能很难多打，但是不同的
联合试剂之间部分的重复是不是比较容易被忽视？
3 能不能给些个关键词，我好查查资料把商品名和具体免疫的疾病关联起
来，防止个别医生通过象Recombivax这样的联合试剂推销不必要的疫苗种类接种。
Recombivax中只有HepB是我们州法规要接种的。

15个月的时候只打HIB和POLIO就是分开注射的了，这样会有什么不同吗？请问各位妈妈

Are you sure that DTaP, Polio, and Hib is 一针?
I think DTaP, Polio, and Hepatitis B are 一针, Hib is 一针, Pneumococcal is
一针, and Rotavirus is oral medicine.
Maybe we are using different manufacturer.
其余的5种各一针，而是DTaP和另外两种疫苗（ |

准是72小时内瘫痪，疫苗出来后就改为持续瘫痪2个月，很多以前算polio的就都不算了
。但是死亡率是没办法作假的，死了就是死了。
