坚持服用蜂粉，（不是说专门治疗花粉过敏的）我今年没啥花粉过敏。这二天花粉很多
啊，车子都蒙上了薄薄的一层绿粉，水面岸边都是黄黄的花粉堆积物，我都没事，连个
喷嚏也没打。我这二星期也没有按时吃蜂粉，我估计体内是有了花粉抗原。有过敏的可以吃吃
看，对我有用，要是对你没用也吃不坏的。

allergy for 10 years, and getting worse year after year, and finally got a
cure from one of my friends:
- Get some Honey: You can buy from any store
- Get local Bee Pollen (当地产的花粉), you can find either from PCC store
all whole food. Please make sure it is from local.
- Mix one tea spoon bee pollen with one tea spoon honey, add into one glass
of hot water, drink daily.

drive belt180, flush coolant 140,加上换机油99，如果换pollen filter 要92， 结
果做了C Level Service 这个是60K里程建议的 200 左右，包括（换油，换Pollen
Filter，Rotate 轮胎，检查悬架，刹车，电池，胎压（我是连轮胎打气都不会做的只
是每次到Dealer换油时，他们给洗车，打气）。
一共要￥643，可能给个折扣，不清楚，上来问一下，有没有太大的出入，要出远门，
下雪的地方，6缸4驱。还要注意什么。Dealer说 Flush Transmission不用做，有的做

correct). Ask the pharmaciest for advice is fine, no need go to Doctor if
you know you are allergy to pollen.
Take a mask on nose when go outside to defend the pollen. A good benefit is
