, all for free. Promoting the awareness of environmental pollution
is the main goal of such a development project.
As for the usage of the data, especially geo-coded pollution data,
I believe they are useful for many government agencies and environmental
organizations, and pollution control companies.
I don't see how this is similar to the Ponzi scheme.

满意度为58％。
与此同时，北京、上海和广东居民的环保意识也相应的高于全国平均水平。总体来

1.资料(主要参考的也就两到三本，不需要带太多，根本没有时间翻。INDEX很有用，基
本都是先看INDEX，然后再去找的。还有自己compile的binder很有用)
1) EN Reference Manual: 这个最好把后面的index打印出来到时候好查。还有
summarize里面的一些你觉得重要的公式
2) PE. Env. Sample questions & solutions(NCEES):多做几遍。第一遍可以直接看答
案。第二，第三遍要不看答案自己做出来，就是看到题，知道是哪一类知识，要用哪些
公式。
可以把这里面的一些公式summarize在一个sheet上。
ps:自己做跟看答案真心不一样。还是多动手吧。

projects.it is much easier to get well controlled and regulated.
Also, these big ones generally is not local
therefore the local gov is more willing to get something for the people.
those local own, local gov sponsored small factories are the
major polluters and the cancer and no one dare to touch them. |
