you use: nylon 6, nylon 66, MXD or sth else? As I know, nylon 6 and nylon 66
can be crystallized in seconds. Otherwise most of injection molders will go
out of business. Of course what grade you chose can be crucial. However, you
ask whether you can wind up your products as soon as resin surface hardened, I
am not sure. I know nothing about hot spray. What this process do?

pretty accurate (even for a short polyamide, you are talking about a bit of
absorption, but you have to calculate you own extinction coefficient
depending on how many Py and Im ring you have. For DNA, what kind of
solution is it in? If it is in pure water, you can just freeze-dry it and
weight it on an analytical balance. My question is who still weight out
their own DNA, IDT make any DNA with weight for 8 dollars. |

法，不准。。
我现在想用diphenylamine做滴定
polyamide的里面就有pyridine 和imidazole，末端接了个dimethyl propyl amine，我
想能不能就用酸碱滴定啊。。

is ss. The easiest way is still dry it out and weight it with analytical
balance. These days if I mess it up, I will just buy a new primer for $8
next day delivery.
For Py-Im polyamide it is very accurate even just a few rings. If I say
anything more, you can guess who I am. |

online or email someone at Dervan lab. The total estimated coefficient just
add each rings coefficient and it should be good. Py-Im polyamide in my
hand is never hygroscopic. If it turn liquid, pump nitrogen or argon into
the cup before releasing the vacuum. |

polyester: 线朦胧的半透明，相对比较软，手感更接近人造羊肠。
代表Pro Supex Big Ace, Luxilon original, pro Kirschbaum super smash,

i'm not quite sure about the fabric you talked about. to my knowledge most
commercially available trench coats are made of sythesized material, with
polyester being the most common one, and then there are polyurethane,
polyamide, ... Usually it will be specified in the name if the coat is made

the question was how to quantify dna, i suppose already existing, not to get
a certain amount of dna cheaply. you can't request a specific amount of dna
synthesized anyway. it will come in a range. synthesis companies use
absorption to quantify too, before drying. |

picogreen or sybergreen dyes for ss is because they don't bind ss DNA. It
is
basis of the one step RT-PCR using the greens.

to be picked up by sensitive instruments. oligreen is specifically designed
for ssDNA too.
i wished to find some dye that doesn't stain ss at all a while back. that
attempt was unsuccessful.
in rt-pcr, it's all about contrast from the ss background.

我是order 的single strand, 然后把两个strand给anneal到一起，买来的那些single
strand都好办，能测UV-Vis确定 浓度，然后 根据这个浓度找到double strand的浓度
，但这个里面肯定会有误差啊。所以老板让确定准确的浓度。。要用"chemical method
", 这是他原话。。
我以前做超分子的，根本不懂生物的东西啊。。。 |
