Any one has some comments about this topic? How does the oxidation process go?
is it kind of 4+2 reaction with di-oxygen or radical reaction?
Should be in oil related field.

聞「癌」色變！惡性腫瘤為民國101年國人十大死因的第一名，蟬聯死因榜首31年
。其中，結直腸癌為癌症死因第三名，其發生率連續5年蟬聯第一名，約每1小時42分26
秒就有一人診斷為大腸直腸癌。但是，也別以為大腸癌是老年人的專利。據國健局二月
的檢驗結果顯示，20到40歲的上班族群中，每四人就有1人有腸瘜肉，腸瘜肉為大腸癌
的前兆，顯示大腸癌正逐漸年輕化。
大腸癌年輕化的主因為何? 觀察年輕族群的生活型態，常態性不健康外食、久坐、
壓力為影響腸胃健康的三大主因。首先，長期高油低纖的外食習慣，接觸燒烤油炸類食
物，減緩腸胃蠕動，會導致排便不順，腸道內毒素累積，進而造成腸胃細胞病變。以下
更近一步的分析出二點：
1. 動物性飲食燒烤會產生致癌物：主要是肉類中有兩種胺基酸：左旋-苯基丙胺酸
(L-phenylalamine)與肌胺酸(Creatine)經過高溫油炸燒烤後會產生致癌物
