不是我们一般理解的PCOS， 是那种现象，就是说ovaries里面并没有cysts,
就是antral follicles多，象polycystic ovaries现象。PCOS影响怀孕主要
是造成不排卵吧，我每个月都有排卵，你也都排吧。你的大夫让你吃metformin

从小嘴唇就很干，小时候还得过唇炎，就是嘴唇上有个发炎有个裂口。到美国后，嘴唇
一直会干燥裂皮，有时早上起来就一片，一片的翘起 一直考抹唇油。最近补充了一阵

我不是个母爱爆棚的人. 直到知道怀孕前, 我和先生都觉得有没有孩子无所谓. 世界上
人口那么多, 不缺我们那一个. 再加上我在2007 年初, 被诊断患有多卵巢综合症(
polycystic ovary syndrome), 并被贴上怀孕困难的标签, 我就更不在乎膝下无子了.
自从确诊后,我一直服用避孕药, 目的不在避孕,而是用来调节月经周期.
我和先生于2008 年8 月结婚, 那时我已经31 岁了. 偶尔先生也会畅想有娃的生活, 但
每当想到随之而来的麻烦,这念头就打消下去了. 我对要娃的态度很摇摆: 一方面我的
人生计划是一直玩下去, 当一个职业游客, 另一方面又觉得老了却没有子女牵挂的日子
很无趣. 直道2009年3月 的妇科年检, 我向OB 表明我要试试自然怀孕, 如果不孕的话,
我也做好膝下无子的准备了. OB建议我停避孕药后换一种激素来调节周期, 服激素前,
确定没怀孕.

我妈妈也有pcos的症状，她说生了我以后就正常了。

更多情况是荷尔蒙不调引起了肥胖 (chicken first or egg first就说不清楚了）。
听你这种情况是不排卵引起不孕，这就是为什么医生推荐用clomid。IUI帮助非常
limited。 IUI通常是对在精子有问题的情况下帮助最多。 |

发帖数: 429 | 33 多次流产需要做一个系统的检查。女方男方都有可能是原因，不去做系统检查很难说是谁的原因，有时候只是胚胎质量问题。
我也是3次流产+1次宫外，系统检查后是甲减，其他正常。但是我知道的可能导致多次流产的原因还有：
abnormal uterine cavity (比如双角子宫、双子宫、中隔子宫、鞍形子宫等等)，
abnormal chromosomes (父母双方需要查染色体)，
abnormal immune system (查血就可以了，治疗的话应该就是楼上MM的信息了)，
abnormal blood clotting system (查血)，
abnormal egg or sperm（女方验血，当然还有其他查的方法；男方精液分析），
exposure to toxins(怀孕的时候抽烟，激光辐射，酒精摄入，或者吃了不该吃的药)，
uterine infections(这个只要吃抗生素治疗就可以了)
chronic uncontrolled disease (比如thyroid, diabetes, polycystic ovaries,
prolactin problems)
