手套：在Costco 买的Head手套
脚：普通化纤运动袜 + 普通跑鞋
里程：龟速6 Mi / Hour
过程：在此之前的几次我都在零度上下路跑，穿着上唯一的不同就是那件fleece的中间
层。跑了不到十分钟就感觉热得受不了，只好把风衣扒下来缠在腰上。手指有些冷，把
它们缩回来蜷在手心里捂了几次就暖和了。我是在河边的一条专供户外运动的trail上
跑，中午时树木上的雾凇尚未散去，感觉 很好。 |

前一天在狐朋狗友家吃火锅，喝了不少红酒啤酒。惦记着第二天的跑步，为了防止宿醉
，喝了不少水。早上醒来头果然不痛。再一看气温居然只有-18度，哈哈，挑战来了！
也许是对上一次fleece的保暖效果印象过于深刻，我这一次好像又有点矫枉过正了。这
种穿法全都是吸汗层，没有保暖层，也没有防风层。一开始真挺冷，感觉如果风再大一
点恐怕顶不住。还好今天没啥风，十分钟之后就暖和了。

加拿大老兵节放假，于是继续我的冬跑尝试。
刚开始跑的时候气温是-14度，这个温度处在上两次跑时的温度之间。因为有风，我决
定还是穿得保守一点。风衣加抓绒的结果就是不逆风时很热，不得不又一次把风衣扒下
来。好几次恨不得跑回去扔车里算了。但当真调头往回跑时，马上就被风吹透了。那种
差别十分明显，我于是死了心，老老实实任由它缠在腰间随风飞舞了。

With all my experience, I think the string that I am currently using is
wonderful.
The Babolat Ballistic 17Gauge, (formerly known as strong play).
Actually I was refered to use this string by my coach, the string is really
nice. First of all, it is cheap, 4--5$ from TennisWarehouse,
and the "Polyester Monofilament" construction is cheap but nice.
You definitely could feel the spin, and bite with this string.

Tenniswarehouse.
If you use a combo with natural gut and syn gut, you could work out your own
. I never tried that approach. Most people use polyester in the main and gut
/synthetic gut in the cross.
As long as syn gut, there is no comparison.
BTW, if you use an open string racket like 16X18, you can use just syn gut.
This string is probably suitable for tight bed like 18X20. |

最大的拍头速度。而获得最大的拍头速度，kinetic link 里的每个环节都很重要，包
括转体，上臂， 前臂，手腕，和他们之间的timing，甚至球落在stringbed 的落点。
Federer在这几方面基本上达到了完美。
对比桑普拉斯（东方式）用重拍和强力的握持来达到最大的正手穿透力， 和纳达尔（

when poly in high tension let's say 60lb, less power for sure, less/more pop
? depend on how hard of the ball. new ball outdoor in winter is very hard.
when poly in normal tension 55lb, powerful and more pop
when poly in low tension 50lb, powerful? not at all. ball stay on string bed
longer than normal. will add more spin normally when it leave the string
bed. less pop for sure.
OK, wilson sting mid 85 is your racquet.

Cross String: Gosen OG Sheep 16 (Synthetic Gut)
Tension: 55 lbs for both main and cross
Time: 25 minutes
如果用电脑穿线机，估计应该15 分钟以内就可以搞定。 |

我试过各种线包括各种牌子的polyester，以及synthetic gut, multifilament甚至
natural gut. 我用的这两种线相对来说比较容易穿。有的线也需要将一个小时（16
x20 拍子)。
我的打结方式是自创的，对于手摇式的机器，没有其他任何方式比我的更快速方便。 |
