XPS不行,我的film很薄,每层只有大概1nm,然后是两种polymer alternating in a
layer by layer way
XPS 采集到的深度有1-10nm,所以不能用来表征区分某一层
我找到了一个方法,用methylene blue,它会和-COOH结合,然后再用光谱采集
methylene blue的谱图 |

one is around 600(Mn), the other is around 2000 (Mn).
I think the fractionation by suitable solvent will be the easist way to carry
out. then the problem will be what kind of solvent and temperature. I wonder
if anyone can give me some hints.
