be able to say whether the presence of tip protein(s) affects the tubulin
rescue and shrink rates. A complete understanding of the underlying

please refer the figure G its scale bar 200 nm it is below florescent microscopy resolution limits,

联系了。知道他回国并做得并不顺，几年没什么paper, 没想到憋大招呢！ 不过被黑
的太厉害了，世道险恶啊。不过他应该能得到该得的credit.
既然是生物版，我们猜下这个protein 的机理吧，这么小的蛋白，我猜一定是
magnetic filed induces protein polymerization, assembling into a larger
complex that eventually depolarizes membrane. Other components may also be
recruited, so you should look at their interacting proteins. |

"If I ask you to polymerize MMA, what initiator you would use?"
"!!!!!????? AIBN?"
"what solvent?"

"Good, when can you start?"
"???!!!......."
Basically they only needed a cheap labor. But they hoped they could have a
cheap labor with a brain, just in case they might want a brain sometime. |

plates之间成膜。但是不能spin coat在si wafer上，会dewet。所以没有办法用
ellipsometry 来测厚度。吸收紫外光，并发生化学反应polymerization成oligomer。
据我所知是可以测厚度的，曾经有人告诉过我怎么测，现在忘掉了，一点都想不起来了
。大家帮我想想把。中选了的方法有包子答谢。
能不能用这个吸收紫外的性质来测？用极弱的紫外光？
我必须测膜的厚度来计算它到底吸收了多少光，来算这个紫外光聚合的UV efficiency. |
