polyp in my cervix. SInce then, the bleeding was on and off until baby was
born and the amount was not that big. The color was pink or brown red all
the time. You can let OB give you an cervix check and polyp might be a

手术，吃避孕药太慢效果也不一定好。建议MM先把这个问题解决，再考虑排卵是否好的
问题。否则即使促排卵了、但子宫环境不够好也不一定能怀上，这是我的经验。
压力大对怀孕有明显的negative effect，心情放松对孕激素分泌平衡有显著帮助，内
分泌好容易怀孕，怀上后也不容易流产。 |

发帖数: 1634 | 3 MM OB说的是不是 cervical polyp? 这个词我也不认识。当时我13周SPOTTING，一开始
也不明白怎么回事。后来做Pep smear的时候OB说我有个小的宫颈息肉。当时我知道她
的意思，因为看过说宫颈息肉会导致SPOTTING或BLEEDING。但那个词我猜应该是Polyp,
错了的话JMS纠正一下啊。
这种出血确实是没关系的，什么都不影响，MM不需要担心。OB也告诉我说以后这个
会有导致出血的可能。MM不要做功课，以免碰到它。但如果是不碰它，它仍旧有出血的
可能性的。我SPOTTING的时候就没有刺激到它，而且我那个很小。
如果检查B超或测心跳都没问题，那就放心吧。单纯的宫颈息肉不要紧的。我还听说过
有的生孩子还会把它带出来，听说哈。。。而且这个是很普通的一种息肉，很多人都有
，以后处理也很简单，拨掉就可以了。

对的对的，就是这个发音，我ob是说pink polyp，不知道是不是因为我的出血了，所以
叫pink，不过据她说很少有人有这个，奇怪，又说长这玩意相当于脸上长个痘痘，没啥
。 ob也说现在就可以给我剪掉，但是怕出血会多，可以等生孩子的时候再剪。 我当时
还问ob为啥我第一次检查做pap smear的时候没有说有这个，ob说可能太小了，藏里面
看不出来，现在是子宫把它push出来了。
问问mm这种情况就做了non－stress test测宝宝心跳就行了吗？ 我的ob没让我做b超，
就按按我子宫，问我疼不，我说不，是不是这样她就可以确定胎盘啥子宫里面的东西没
问题了？

ob给开了甲硝锉吃了一个礼拜后就没有spotting了 另外有出血的时候要严禁OOXX
ob说完全不影响胎儿的 大多数polyps也会随着你分娩掉落 不需要手术切除 |

我6周第一次见OB，检查的时候也是发现有cervical polyp。 我的OB当时非常果断的就
把它割掉了，说如果现在不弄，以后spotting会加重，到时再弄，就不如现在弄好。我
在见OB前有spotting, 弄掉polyp的时候有出血，不过1-2天就好了，以后也没有再
spotting。
现在觉得OB当时的决定还是蛮正确的，但是她好像也没有想给我开药吃的想法。。。 |

vet说象我家小猫这种，polyp顶端只在耳膜附近，用工具还勾不出来，只能通过最困难
的那种手术彻底切除。但这种手术风险也大。。。我在网上查了半天也没什么好办法。

The 2nd hospital doesn't show any polyp from ultrasound, why does your
doctor still want to scope you. In some hospital, a simple diagnostic
hysteroscopy could be performed only in office.
A lot of polyps may disappear without any manipulation. However, if you are
trying to conceive, the management will be different. |

1.民众对此的认识程度不一
国内长期居住者尤其是没有出过国，对居住环境习以为常后很多把smog当作正常现
象(很多人甚至连什么是smog都不知道)，这个道理跟自己的小孩长得多快自己有时
注意不到，别人反而看得更清楚无异。海归一般都在空气清新的发达国家居住过，

2.民众对空气差带来的危害性普遍认知不足

氢化合物(UHC or unburnt hydrocarbon)，碳颗粒(soot)，氧化硫(SOx)。至于灰尘
(自然现象哪里都有)，二氧化碳对身体没什么危害。直接致癌的是碳氢化合物的含

这个没有办法, 通常是扯皮以后不了了之,
可以换医生以示抗议, 或是找billing office 讨论减免或是分期付款,
并且以后多防着点,
不过欧八马care马上要全面生效以后, 这个很难防,
这种事情发生的逻辑如下,
医生在看诊的时候, 会执行他认为需要的治疗或是检查,
并不会管保险账单或是charge code的问题,
很多时候, 医生的账单业务也是外包, 所以医生也管不到保险公司怎么收钱,
问前台小姐和护士多半也是一问三不知,
受到欧八马care的影响, 现在私人公司都转成高扣除额的保险,
一般一年会提供一次的全身健康检查,理论上不用付钱,
但是根据医生charge code 的不同,只要变成治疗或是诊断,
马上就变成扣除额了
自己听来的实例如下
1) 免费健康检查进行中, 医生说做个EKG存个档备个案,
EKG是医疗检查诊断行为, 免费健康检查不包括, 自付扣除额八十,
EKG结果显示可能不正常, 医生建议做Echocardiogram厘清结果,
自付扣除额400, 一句存个档备个案, 五百就没了

there are over the coutner nasal strips you can put on to keep your airway
open during sleep, not sure if it would work,
or you might have some nasal polyps that need to be removed, then you need
to see an ENT doctor, |

I will suggest you do it. Then you will have better chance to have baby.
No need to worry about surgery. I had a surgery to remove part of my right

of polyp, or eliminate it. if not, or the symptoms continue, go for surgery.
polypectomy, there are many options, depending on the size, location, and
other complications.

you are taking.
by the way, why are you taking amoxicillin for stomach disease, for H.pylori
? if so, you need at least two antibiotics combination. |

it is called anovulatory bleeding. It can be caused by multiple reasons.

or she will let you know right away. If nothing abnormal is found, they
may still take some tissue samples along the way. If something's seriously
wrong, you will hear back within 1-3 days; otherwise, usually results will
be back in a week or so. If your GI didn't mention anything abnormal, I
would not worry at all. |

persistant constipation. The basic workup should at least include
colonoscopy to check for colon polyps, sitz mark to check for colon transit
time, and possibly defecography and/or anorectal manometry to check for
pelvic muscle dysfunctions. If any abnormalities are found, you need to get
them treated.
For idiopathic chronic constipation, you can safely take MiraLax for life.

妻子刚过了34岁生日，家里一个3岁一个1岁娃。接到大夫电话自己都傻了，到现在不是
很相信，恳请版上热心的朋友帮忙看看这个确定的概率有多大，感激不尽。另外如果有
好的南加地区的 ONCOLOGIEST 也恳请推荐。
大致情况是去年初生了老二之后，在月子里有一天吃了朋友送的酒酿之后当日小腹疼，
拉稀，之后断断续续一直这样时好时坏。因为哺乳所以没吃药。后来家里给寄了一些叫
“思密达”的粉状药说可以缓解症状吃了很多。到去年入秋突然有一晚胃疼的直不起腰
，去看了primary physician，作了血检，什么也没查出来，而且到了那就不那么疼了
，给refer了GI specialist,也没说什么就说要注意饮食。今年3月初又一次疼痛难忍，

5个月前开始，右边，肋骨下方，肚脐上方偏右位置的右上腹，隐痛，钝痛，时不时的
，严重的时候疼可持续4小时，属于可以忍受（不需止痛药）的疼，但不舒服，影响注
意力。有时疼1小时。有时轻微。有时左边和中部也疼。有点胀。多数是右上腹疼。可
发生在饭后，也可发生在清晨空腹时。
2016-8月，10月见过内科，查了些东西查不出，转胃肠科。
2016-12月中旬看了胃肠科，根据症状描述医生认为极大可能是胆囊，为了排查，order
了各种检查，胃镜，腹部超声，CT, 胆囊造影（HIDA), 发现的异常有两样:
1. 胆囊息肉(Gallbladder polyp)。情况比较诡异，10几年国内体检超声偶然发现胆囊
息肉，多发性，医生建议经常复查监控大小，如果没有长大就不做处理。监控了5年没
有异常。出国后懒得监控，多年没去查，直至2013年去查了，却一个息肉都没有。原来
的多发性去哪了？然后2014，2015，超声：无息肉。 2016年4月超声有一个胆囊息肉0.
2cm。2016年10月超声没有息肉。2016-12月末胆囊造影（HIDA)说有息肉，但没说size

6个月前查过一次超声，发现有一个约2cm 的子宫肌瘤，最近的一次复查， 竟然又发现
了一个新的大于1cm的肌瘤和一个位于子宫腔内的内膜上的polyp, 中文应该是息肉。西
医说如果怀孕的话息肉会影响胎儿着床，导致流产，建议我切掉。
我这几个月月经一直都不大正常，周期从28天缩短到21天，持续时间还特别长，要10天
以上，不知是不是跟这个有关。
想听听各位高手的意见，我这种情况做手术还是不做手术好？我本人觉得手术能不做就
不做，可又不知道吃中药能否去除这个息肉；另一方面年龄太大了，想抓紧时间生小孩
，最近一直在试孕，做手术恐怕是最直接最快的办法排除可能导致不孕的因素了。我真
的不知道该怎么办好了，请大家帮帮我. |
