主要看老师，老师好课就好，老师烂课就烂

周六 1：30pm 老师：love 黑女，短发…….她的课设计的运动量可以，而且此女屁股
长得很带劲，跳zumba很能把屁股给扭圆了，还挺带劲的
周六 2：45pm 老师：mama日本女……推荐这个课是因为跟上一堂课连着的，觉得一节
课不够的，在再点运动量……
至于她的舞蹈水平，应该说她本身在broadway dance center上课积极向上，可是遗憾
的是此女天生四肢僵硬，腰部僵硬，性感动作一个都做不出来。 但是她设计的舞蹈动
作都是扭腰摆臀的，你可以放开了扭

要说这是什么舞?其实就是原本的zumba+reggae几个扭动，你说没啥难度的，人家就能
给搞出个公司来
她的课，你跟上她的扭动的情况下，运量一定够的。

I remembered in late 90s I went into the Antelope canyon and took about 4
rolls of films and got about 5 decent pix. That's it.
Always check the weather, not just in Zion NP but the upper stream's weather
, before you go into the narrow. Many years ago upper stream flood came
down and wipped out several people and the only survivor was a naked SoCal
tour guide (no pon intended).

ＰＯＮＤ大概占ＲＡＩＳＥＤ ＢＥＤ ３／４的面积．ＰＯＮＤ水中有一块石头，周
围是一圈石块．ＰＯＮＤ中种睡连和梭鱼草．花坛种什么还没有想好．
周围的四个石柱上可以放盆景和盆花．
ＰＯＮＤ周围是ＦＬＡＧＳＴＯＮＥ铺的道路．

发帖数: 11739 | 9 pond如果在草地当中没有遮挡的话水藻会长的很严重，日晒也会导致水温变高鱼呼吸困
难。。。如果周围有些什么树更好点。如果RB在院子角这个问题比较容易解决。
建议pond里面也做些设计，这样鱼可以有躲藏的地方，有危险时可以避而且太晒可以乘
凉，也方便水草扎根。 |

里还有本旧Coupon Book，一偷懒，没再打。
进了adidas,想买双鞋。店里很冷清，但打折得很疯狂。我和LG一通狂挑，选了3双
鞋，4件衣服。大概算了算差不多90刀。我从包中摸出旧的VIP Coupon Book，里面居然
有10% off entire purchase。想到还能再打折，很开心地去结帐。
然后呢，cashier 输入coupon code发现无效，为啥呢？因为现在是2011呀，我的旧Cou
pon是2010的。原本很开心，这一下子，立马就不爽快了。
看看我的弱点，懒惰——发现少打印Coupon了，懒得补。
贪心——本来碰到减价，又买到合适的东西了，已经很意外了，却因为少用了一个coup
on 而不痛快。
麻烦真的都是自找的。 |

子，和古朴的椅子。大厅的尽头，是一个台子，上面坐着许多教授打扮的人。台子的中
间，是一个讲台，台面却是一只酣睡的白色大狼。
众人按照顺序入坐。余则成这才发现自己早已经是饥肠辘辘。抬头间，他隐约看到桌子
上有一个小条子，上面写着：今日小炒，酱爆鸡丁。
余则成揉了揉眼睛，心想自己一定是饿昏头了。在一睁眼，眼前却真的出现了一盘热气
腾腾的鸡丁，一个只有一寸高的橱娘打扮的小精灵也不知道何时出现在盘子旁边，细细
的声音说到：正宗农园小炒，请刷卡。
余则成吃了一惊，这才发现周围的人的面前都出现了食物。瑟瑟的眼前是一只烤乳猪，
幽幽的则是一只板鸭。
众人都是一阵欢呼，随即大快朵颐起来。
