大同的面板上有Porridge和Congee两功能，我做粥都选Porridge，很快，但米粒口感就
是没熟的感觉。

发帖数: 1 | 12 做腊八粥近年成惯例了。量越做越多，材料也越加越多。自家吃一点，大部分请人送人了。今年算是比较发奋的一年，做了咸甜2款，而且都是双份材料的。
咸味的：
米，糙米，薏米，姜丝
青豆（冷冻），玉米（冷冻），白果，香菇，栗子
腊肠，火腿，鸡肉（熟鸡胸），海米，鱿鱼丝，
咸鸭蛋，小葱
做法：米，糙米，薏米，姜丝，海米放进电高压锅（Instant Pot），加足水，Porridge档，20分钟。完成后，等一会开盖，换到saute档，加腊肠，火腿，鸡肉，鱿鱼丝，青豆，玉米，白果，香菇，栗子煮开。吃前加碾碎的咸鸭蛋和小葱。
甜味的：
豆类，莲子，百合加水泡几小时。米，糙米，薏米，大红豆，小红豆，花豆，黑豆，芸豆，花生，核桃，莲子，百合放进电高压锅（Instant Pot），加足水，Porridge档，20分钟。完成后，等一会开盖，换到saute档，加红枣，阿胶枣，桂圆煮15分钟左右，换保温档焖着。吃前加枸杞煮开。 |

vitaclay to cook rice. Vitaclay itself is very good at keeping warm, no need
to use its warming button at all. But be careful when you open the hot pot
and the lid is ceramic and fragile. I just broke one and ordered a new lid.
It can cook porridge too, but it takes 2 hours. |

out of fuel and feel soft weak legs from at 90km. Totally collapsed after
101km. Felt like that I am empty without legs that I want to pull over
