前言

“我在上帝的帮助下宣誓，我说的是真相，全部的真相，只有真相别无其它。”
我叫一鸣。这是我的本名，不是笔名，是我出生时我爷爷给我起的名字。我的英文名字
就是中文的汉语拼音 Yiming 。我的船友为了方便，给我起过几个英文代号，比如叫我
Peter （彼特），但从法律上讲，我的名字就是 Yiming 。
我于一九八二年十月出生中国甘肃兰州。一九九七年八月我随母亲来到美国的德拉瓦州
（ Delaware ）。二零零一年六月我高中毕业后进入本地一所社区学院学习机械工程。
二零零三年七月我参加美国海军。
在伊利诺伊州（ Illinois ）的大湖边经过二个月的新兵训练（ Boot Camp ）后，我
于二零零三年十月被分配到加利弗尼亚州的欧克纳德（ Oxnard ， CA ）海军基地从事

哈扬·所罗门Haym Salomon，一位犹太金融家，北美独立战争和建立美国政府的资金几
乎是由他一人筹集的。有历史学家认为他的作用不亚于华盛顿和富兰克林——没有哈扬
·所罗门就没有现在的美国。
然而哈扬所罗门却是一位默默无闻的幕后人物。如此一位真正的英雄却少有人知，不但
中国人，连美国普通人都很少知道，因为在主流历史教科书中几乎看不到对他的介绍。
直到1975年，美国邮政才发行了一张纪念哈扬所罗门的邮票，在邮票小型张上印着这样
的话：资助英雄——作为商人和经纪人的哈扬·所罗门提供了北美独立运动所需的绝大
部分资金，并拯救了新政府使其免于财政破产。
哈扬-所罗门出生于波兰莱斯诺，他出身于来自葡萄牙的一个西班牙谱系的犹太家庭，
父亲是一位虔诚的犹太教拉比。青年时期，他学习了希伯来语。 他曾在欧洲游历，获
得了多种语言的能力和金融知识。1770年他回到波兰，两年后离开波兰到英格兰。
1775年，他移居到纽约市，他在那里建立自己的商行，成为一个从事海外贸易的金融经

到105，排名世界第五，美国的人均IQ为98，名列第33位，俄罗斯为97，名列第36位，而

从表中可见，排名前30位的国家和地区，除了加拿大、澳大利亚和新西兰自外，都
位于欧洲和东亚，而东亚国家和地区则占据了前10名之中的8个。在名次靠前的国家中，
既有非常发达的国家，也有像中国、朝鲜、蒙古这样经济和社会发展比较落后的国家，
可见人均IQ跟一个国家的经济社会发展水平并没有必然联系。

' jet into its airspace, blaming "conflicting information".
Bolivia accused France, Italy, Spain and Portugal of blocking the plane.

日前，英国《泰晤士报高等教育特辑》针对41个国家和地区的400所大学进行调查
，并根据这些大学在2011年至2012年的各方面数据，制定了一个“世界学术峰会创新指
数”(World Academic Summit Innovation Index)，并评比了这些国家和地区的研究人
员所获得科研经费的多寡。该调查显示，中国研究员平均获得5.05万美元(约合31万人
民币)的研究经费，在41个国家和地区中排名第七。
在此项评比中，名列榜首的是以高科技电子产品闻名的韩国。韩国科研实力备受大
型企业赏识，该国研究员每人均获9.79万美元(约合60万人民币)，为这些企业进行科研
项目。《泰晤士报高等教育特辑》编辑贝提(Phil Baty)指出，韩国有一两个较特出的
研发产品，因此登上榜首位置，不过，这不表示全韩国的大学都能获得一样多的科研经
