美国非移民签证的新申请表格 DS-160 在沈阳领馆试行之后，从下月（2010年3月）开
始，将在全国正式实行。
新的 DS-160 表格取代了以前的 DS-156、DS-157 和 DS-158 等表格，只能在网上填
写。
DS-160 适用于除 K-1/2 (fiancee) 以及 E-1/2 (Treaty Trader) 的所有非移民签证
的申请。

但是gay在很多领域都比较成功，包括性变态的犯罪行为
所以gay喜欢的话，很容易带动整个社会的风气
而nerd的问题从来就是不在乎外观，能用就行

拍了几张照片，到修理站给轮胎打足了气，时间已经８点多，突然停车场外喧哗起来
，原来最先的游泳选手已经上岸了。他们从水里起来后，要跑三百多米到T1换成自行车。
我正在出神琢磨Jenn不会这么快就到，Jeff在T1围栏外叫我。他提醒说要把罩衣脱掉试
一下温度如何－废话５０F肯定冷得够呛。周围好多自行车手还裹得象粽子似的。不过
我还是照他说的试了试，同时摆个pose让他拍了一张。题外话－我胳膊上套的象女士长
袖手套似的arm warmer，是在网上看了一篇文章后，去Walmart花$1买的一双运动长靺
，剪开后套上的。后来证明极其有效。

眼看还有两英里就到终点,前面的骑手开始多了起来(half iron和full iron的赛段在这
里开始重合),我刚站起来摇了两下车,把速度加上去,又不得不立即刹车 - 前面居然有
小小的traffic: 主办方在这里的交通管制出现了纰漏,本来双lane的车道要封闭一个
lane给自行车,结果某人不小心把机动车放进了自行车的赛道.进入自行车赛道的机动车

有点不给力了，准备换个Crankset, 顺道装个powermeter...
fitting主要是赛前临时换成比较aggressive的了，比赛大忌，
现在已经好多了...
爬山的时候我肯定不能aero的，山陡的时候必须得一直站起来骑，
下坡太快的时候也不敢aero, 怕摔车...我其实抓pursuit bar,
身体也能俯得比较低，其实和aero pose区别不太大，aero pose
就是更舒服一些而已...
以后可能还会有问题过来请教，先谢过了！

过多的abs腹肌练习对背的恢复确实没有好处。
要加强lower back，多作plank/dolphin plank。
yoga动作里面的child pose, mountain pose, cat/cow, bridge,
standing forward bend, downward facing dog，dolphin,
还有side angel, triangel都对strengthen lower back有好处。
网上找这些动作的教程很容易，你试试应该有帮助。
如果你有gym，那gym免费的group class一般都有yoga，推荐你去上，
上课前跟老师提一下你是新手，并且lower back不舒服，
老师会提醒你那些动作不要作。 |

Vinyasa is a term that covers a broad range of yoga classes. The word
Vinyasa means “breath-synchronized movement.” In other words, the teacher
will instruct you to move from one pose to the next on an inhale or an
exhale. This technique is sometimes also called Vinyasa Flow, or just Flow
because of the smooth way that the poses run together and become like a
dance. |

发帖数: 7403 | 48 这个就是所谓的FLOW YOGA。是中等强度的YOGA。对俺来说，这个不过瘾。
俺上过一个学期。没劲。当时觉得YOGA真他妈的没劲。：）
当然，唯一有用的，就是学了些YOGA基本姿势的名字和做法。
俺现在觉得POWER YOGA有用。对身体非常好。之后也酸疼几天，有效果。
当然，你自己适合哪个YOGA，得试了才知道。

downward dog pose, 前后左右弯腰都挺好的。 |

差点忘了core....
我以前跑完以后会做一套瑜伽（主要针对是core的），后来觉得那套瑜伽对腿部和臀部
拉伸不够，改成了只做pigeon pose,high lunge,low lunge和downward facing dog了。
看来除了胳膊，其他地方都拉伸一下比较好，而且要自己组合pose. |
