第一次买房， 自己也是经验不足，是政府contractor，去年新开始的工作，合同一年
一续，credit
score很高，早早就把offer letter, pay stub, 各种材料给了broker，看起来一切没

employee的可能性很大，broker说这样就可以。结果老板出差不在，又赶上周一
