They may get some money from your salary and your contract is with them, not
other companies. It is not guanranteed that you can work immediately after
the training because they may not find a positin for you in their client
companies.
I also heard they may not pay you on time. |

requirements are beyond what they considered "normal." So they give the
employer the opportunity to explain why the positin requires such and such
education, or this number of years of experience, etc. Right now DOL is not
issuing lots of audits, so I'm guessing this case has high requirements. |
