认可了intrinsic merit和national in scope，但质疑adversely affect the
national interest。
IO指出：
（1）我的6封推荐信里没有independent的，质疑专家意见客观性；
（2）推荐信里没说我的贡献比美国同行高；
（3）我在pl提出的自己具有的突出技能很容易通过labor certification获得。
另外本人小硕，有4篇挂名文章，都是去年才发的，共15次引用。
IO说引用太少，文章不具影响力。另外还说引用都来自其他领域，所以这些文章不能证
明我比同行出色。

485。
可是她又打算暑假6月底开始去实习（已经拿到offer）。
现在我们不知道怎样做最好：
一方面，file 485后不能她再申请CPT，否则等于又重申了自己的非移民身份，485会自
动被拒。
另一方面，如果她file 485后，实习用工卡，那她的F1自动失效，就只有AOS状态，不
知道对实习结束后回学校会不会有影响。而且万一将来被REF，拿不出合法身份，我又
怕有问题。
我在想，是不是现在趁她还没file 485，去学校申请CPT,然后再file 485. （这样会不
会对485
的申请就没有影响了？）。
然后如果实习之前没有拿到绿卡，那就用CPT身份去实习，而不用工卡。这样她就可以
保持F1身份？
重点是，如果这样操作会不会还是对485的申请有影响呢？
我的律师说提交485之前的30-60天之内不要有F-1的动作，否则485申请会被拒：
