刚才又查了一下， 麻省是20年，而且必须是“without owner's consent”。看起来
签个agreement，或者每年给邻居写个notice提醒他fence可能是在我的land上可以
防止adverse possession：

要严格，管理要松一些的 - 我说管制严，管理松 - 因为美国不要license, 但是用一
些莫明其妙的限制管制了硬件。
现在纽约州通过的SB法律，结果是造成的管理和管制比大多数其它发达国家都要严。

依据这个法案，如果你本身在所在州有合法持枪的身份，就可以
各个np官网基本都有weapon/firearms这一页，陈述这个事情，
而且多数会同时给出所在州的相关法律
比如yosemite的：

several conditions (i.e. necessary change in many aspects).
IMO, we are not too far away to be a team that contend for bigten title in a
yearly base. We only need a good DC and good scheme, and a good kicker (or
a good special team coach that can coach a kicker). The DC/scheme thing, i
am not sure. The kicker thing, i think we will have it next year for sure.

建议推论到
“有效射门比”＝ (shot) / (possession % )，越高越说明该球队进攻意愿坚决
“有效tackle比” ＝ （tackle）/ (possession %)，越高越说明该队防守强度大。
当然还有已经提到的有效犯规比，看谁更爱犯规等。
总之把所有数据都除以控球时间比后再对双方比较，可以看出双方在单位控球时间内的
进攻强度，或者单位无球时间内的防守强度。
应把巴萨梦2队和目前巴萨进行这些数据的比较，即可以看出谁更喜欢进攻。

1999mode是肯定不能run and gun的，這也給遊戲增加了更多樂趣，而不再是無腦射射
射。根據我個人的體驗，槍械最重要的是狙擊和卡賓這兩把，因為遊戲裏面大部份場景
都很開闊，所以打高難度shooter屢試不爽的打發“猥瑣”是肯定不錯的。敵兵的AI雖
然還行，但是很多時候你可以跑得遠遠的，然後慢慢從拐角或障礙後面移動，到剛剛好
可以從狙擊鏡裏面看到敵人，敵人經常會傻逼看不到你，或者站在那裡一動不動開槍，
然後你一槍把頭狙爆掉就好，又爽快又保險。
卡賓槍也可以射的很遠，而且升級后威力也大，雖然不如狙威力大，但是可以連著射。
什麽衝鋒槍之流就是垃圾，雖然經常能撿到，但是射程短威力小，升級了之後也so-so
，不推薦，同理手槍也不推薦。沒有卡賓槍的時候可以帶噴子或hand cannon，狙一般
是常帶。榴彈槍殺小兵還可以，小boss戰非常垃圾，有時候patriots傻逼了站在那裡不
動不上樓什麽的，可以拿榴彈一直吊射，感覺沒個十幾發是打不死patriots的。RPG也
有點雞肋，威力一般，但是飛行時間太長，近距離轟的話會自傷，而且很容易在換彈的... 阅读全帖 |
