1. Too old, built in 1835, almost 200 years old;
2. Near major road;
3. lot is too small, not enough potential for future for an old house like
this;
4. Listing agent does a lousy job, I know some agent, none of his listing
moved for a long time.

行程。看叶子大概是１０月中下旬，具体看天，冷得晚就晚点去
周五出发，开到HOLLAND
周六开到HARBOR SPRINGS，在那看红叶，已经很漂亮了，一整天，晚上住下
周日回村 |
