去年8月25号晚上,从家里去学校的路上被抓,40的路,条子说我开了54.二话不说,一张
ticket,我一看,还是我们学校的警察,nnd,下手真狠.条子是迎面开来的
然后就去法院要求上庭,初定是11月底吧,一共要去两次,前一次递交motion,第二次
trial
谁知道我把日子记错了,递交motion那次忘记去了.第二天再去,说只能重新安排时间.于
是motion递交排到1月27号,今天trial.我对本州的speedy trial不是狠了解.由于上一
次也是我的失误,没能按原有排期,所以我也不指望靠speedy trial的trick了.

来。
事实上，当我从车祸现场回来后，仔细察看了我拍的照片，又仔细回忆当时的情况，觉
得实际情况是：我距前车还有一段距离时，车子突然失控，撞上前面的车子。 因为我
不记得我的车子由于停不下来而撞上前车。我只记得在我距前车还有一段距离时，一切
失控，发生的很快很突然。
后面的车前面撞得很厉害，我的车还行，只是front hood稍微变形。还有奇怪的是,我
的air bag 打开，后面的好像没有打开。
我该怎么办?应该argue吗？ |

rebate和500 Edmund rebate $25.5k左右。请问这个价格合理吗，大概还能有多少砍价
空间？我这9.3%的消费税。这个价格已经比Truecar的invoice价格($24,357)低但是感
觉还是比版上其他人的价格高不少。

发帖数: 88 | 50 绿灯行驶过一个路口时，被一辆闯红灯的车给撞了。计我们双方的速度都在40多mile。
双方的车都报废了。我左腿膝盖内侧有巴掌那么大的一大块淤清并且还有点肿，当时有
一点pain的感觉， 今天不碰它基本上不痛了。胸口在心窝以上的肋骨（有大包子那么
大的一块面积吧）当时有一些pain的感觉，今天似乎好了点， 用手压这块肋骨会有痛
感，不压几乎感觉都到了，不知道这是不是在离心力甩的过程中，这块肋骨被安全带压
到了。副驾上的人身体的右边（肩膀，大腿右侧，屁股）有酸痛的感觉。去了一个大医
院的ER做了一些检查。做了X光胸透，肋骨没有什么问题。也做了膝盖肿的地方， 也没
什么问题。 还做了一个似乎是心电图似的东西，说心脏也没什么问题（因为我说心窝
上那一块肋骨有痛感）。还有就是问有没有头晕头痛和dizzy的感觉什么的。结果就给
我们开了止痛药，把我们打发回家了。警察给我police report 时， 说report 上有一
个witness 证明我们是绿灯。
身边的好多朋友建议我找一个律师要一些身体和心理上的补偿。 google 了附近的一些
