时间)，他们可以hold，直到我到达。
但是我还是有些不放心，毕竟不认识对方。
问过银行，银行说没有有效措施防止人提前deposit,即使标明“postdated”,具体操作
的人也未必会注意到。。。
请问xdjm，谁有过类似经历，最后怎么解决的？另外真像银行说的，没有任何措施保证
支票不会提前deposit吗？ |

你最后一个问题问得挺有意思的,"真像银行说的,没有措施保证支票不被提前DEPOSIT?"
银行都已经回答你了,难道我们这有谁说银行说得不对,是可以保证不被提前的,你敢相
信么...
这种骗局,都是在CRAIGLIST上POST很好的房子,至少性价比看来是非常好的.而且对方亲
切热情,交流的时候表露出处处为你考虑.这种类似POSTDATED CHECK的说法就是让你降
低防范.
实际上他们根本没有房子.当DEPOSIT你的CHECK到一个肉鸡的ACCOUNT之后快速提款消失.
等你报了警,银行追踪到那只肉鸡的帐户的时候,才发现肉鸡也是无辜的被盗用了身份开
了户的人.
只要你的支票开出了,有签名,就等同于对方可以在任何时候去DEPOSIT.即使你把支票上的日期写在未来比较远的日子也没有任何作用.那个日期是供你作交易记录用的,而不是让你指定可以开始让对方兑现的日期. |

朋友就是因为遇上了死不交钱的恶房客，不得不卖房子了事。
我家现在就遇到坏房客问题。我的一个房客是单亲妈妈。所有资料一应俱全，还当即答
应一定给postdate check. 唯独跟我们解释她离过婚，credit不是很好，有1万多欠款
，还上过小额法庭……
但我们看她收入很好，工作还是法院工作的助理，专门帮助精神问题的人，年薪5万多
。我们全都打电话确认过，网上甚至可以google到她的名字和工作单位。人看上去知书
达理的。
谁不知，半年后这个人就开始换银行，她的支票跳票两次，开始交cash，然后每个月都
迟交。现在住满一年，已经提交搬出去的note，但仍欠了一个月房租，给了N4。我们一
直email和她联系。催交后，尽理直气壮的告诉我们她一分钱也给不出来了，嫌我们叫
唤的厉害，email里话说的很难听。
其实我们一直对她比较仁慈，多次迟交都只给了N4，但后来她态度越来越恶劣，并且一
下子一点钱也不交了。对我们房子提出无数问题并且指责我们没有维修，想借此赖掉一
个月租金。好在她已经提交搬出去申请，我们建于她态度 |

计同时记录（entry date 也许是12月下旬的某天）两笔，一个accrual（post date:12
/31/07), 一个reversal（postdate：1/1/08),不管是走accured expense 还是 a/p,
对GL的impact是一样的。那样来年收到账单时，会计直接有多少记录多少就是了。 |
