数据来自于两个condition（cancer v.s normal），两个condition是independent的。
我想对两个condition中每一个基因进行比较（每个condition的数据由N行组成，每一
行是一个基因，N行数据，N个基因）。我用MCMC求出了每一个基因（每一行数据）的某
参数的posterior distribution。也就是说，我现在有N个theta_i的posterior。 我打
算从N个theta中挑出m个和另外一个condition中的m个theta比较，这m个theta是有
correlation的。请问我应该怎么判断第一个condition中m个theta的multivariate
distribution 是不是和另一个condition中相对应的m个 theta的multivariate
distribution 有显著差异？

开指了。据说cervix会变化位置，接下来会赶上来，超过baby head，然后再慢慢开指
。baby head倒是比较低，大概position 0.搜了很多关于posterior cervix的，还是很
疑惑，cervix比头靠后，岂不是意味着已经打开了吗？如果没有开口的话，baby head
怎么会露出来呢？开指和cervix的位置有什么关系吗？谁比较明白这是咋回事啊，解释

已经9天了 拍了好几次x-ray了
上周日 ，大夫说 现在看不出啥 打上了石膏 一周以后复诊 就这样了
过了两天 感觉小孩已经啥都不疼了， 虽然手臂上有石膏绷带，但是已经基本上不妨碍
玩了
感觉没啥问题了 但是今天复诊 做了xray 说是 posterior fat pad sign ， fracture
了。
但是问题是 小孩感觉根本就不疼了 基本都能正常用左手了啊
但后重新搭上绷带 要两周复诊。 要尽量说的好活动 不要再受伤
请问这个问题严重吗？ 我听着这名词 一点也不懂啊。
小孩非常调皮 整天都在动 本身她都不感觉疼了 怎么可能不让她动胳膊啊
现在小孩感觉根本就不疼， 整天乱玩 是不是摔倒啥的
这可怎么办啊？

候， 看起来不痛了, 去掉固定装置后运动时间比较长或者负重以后还是会痛．一定
要彻底好了再自由活动. 如果大人看不住, 就找专科医生， 用更有效的固定装置
， 保证摔一跤也不会移动．
但是事情有两面, 固定时间越长, 固定范围越大, 将来恢复关节的灵活性和肌肉力
量越慢. 所以一定要在有经验的专科医生指导下处理. 有必要的时候还需要复健练习

其中 c,a,K,为3个不同的常数,c>1的正数，a,K为介于[0,1]之间的正数；
X即为观测值，其值为0或1；pi属于[0,1]。
要求对这个后验分布求pi的期望，也就是求积分：int (0,1) pi*p(pi|X) d(pi)。
因为prior和likelihood不共轭，所以这个posterior不好积。已经想了几天了。

发帖数: 288 | 13 笼统的说用Posterior Beta 和 Normal都可以，但是一般的网页CTR都非常小，不要忘
记Normal approximate Binomial对 p是有要求的，不能太小。所以最好还是用
Posterior Beta 。
道理都是一样的，先确定一个error bound，10%, 5%， 或者1%， 然后，根据
Posterior Beta或者Normal的standard deviation的表达式计算n。
幸运的是，两个distribution的standard deviation的表达式都很简单，可是计算过程
中，都还需要额外的参数， 那就是p0对于Normal，（a，b）对于Posterior Beta 。
所以你的link中的针对Normal的Wald方法，直接取p0=0.5了，这样就有一个很简单的式
子可以用了。这是个maximum variance 假设，但是，这个对于CTR来说偏差太大了，不
建议使用，当然还有一些更复杂方法的来correct Normal的这个issue， 不过表达式都

节都有声音。平时如果活动多了，就会膝盖不能伸直或者不能弯曲。但是通常，休息休
息就好了。前几天右膝盖忽然不能伸直了，并且到了比较严重的程度，连续几天都不好
。这才去看医生。照了X-ray 和 MRI.以下 是MRI的分析结果。
骨科大夫建议右膝盖手术，他说手术中会：
1）清理骨头表面，让它更光滑
2）清理关节腔内的各种碎片。。。
不知道是不是真的应该动手术。看病折腾了这么几天，现在不知不觉中，右腿又可以伸
直或者弯曲了,只是还不能快走和跑。现在很纠结，不知道是不是应该动这个手术。。

医生说要给我加半个小时因为牙垢多，多收25快 （医生说保险不cover这个extra），
所以一个quad是253，一次下来是1000多，自己可能要给400。

不过关于枕后位，我当时上麻药的时候跟护士说我担心枕后位不敢上麻药，但是实在疼
得受不了了。护士跟我说宝宝很可能啥时候都会扭，antierior和posterior互换。有人
上了麻药，如果之前是posterior，也说不定能让产妇放松，这样宝宝也可能转过来。
当然确实上了麻药之后那个躺着的姿势比较担心枕后位。不过她说就算没麻药，不到某
个时刻也不确定宝宝一定就是anterior或者posterior，mm你觉得这些说法跟你做的
research一致吗？
另外赞mm这么努力把握自己的命运。确实现代医学很多救人的地方很赞，但是过多的医
学干预确实有时候也是不必要的。 |

但是因为连摸二十次红球在20/20的情况下几率极小，所以你的posterior就会严重倾向
于全是红球这种可能。最后你用posterior算一下下一次的几率，就发现摸到红球的几
率变成了99.9%.
prior的设立是有随意性的。一般玩data的都相信这个世界是贝叶斯的。不然data有什

发帖数: 94 | 40 本人30多岁，直偏瘦，平时锻炼也不算多，但是也不是完全不动，以快走，慢跑，踢踢
腿，拉拉身体为主。
最近半年右侧hip和髋处疼，平时不疼，但是跑起步来疼的厉害，根本跑不了，快走20-
30分钟也会疼，我一开始以为是不是跑步的时候扭住了，卡住了，或者踢腿的时候踢很
了，要不就是没有warm up拉伤啥的。一开始也没在意，想就是停止跑步踢腿等，平时
就走走。结果半年多，还是没好好，跑两步右侧的髋骨处里面（就是右腿和身体链接处
）就疼的厉害，而且右腿感觉不得劲，感觉总有东西拽着。
于是就约专科医生看，一开始说怀疑有肌肉或者髋骨连接处撕裂，说做个outpatient的
缝合手术就好了，结果MRI做下来，说我要做个 femoral acetabular osteotomy的大手
术，就是把右腿股头截断，然后把链接的骨头和髋骨重新position,再把右腿钉上去，
说是因为右腿和髋骨链接不好是最终原因。
然后这个老头医生觉得我很可怜，不停的说很抱歉你这么惨，没有其他治疗办法了，我
差点再医生办公室哭下来。我出了医院立刻去做MRI的地方要了我的MRI结果，能否请版

反正什么病都可以自愈, 两件事情先后发生也不能说明什么. 我以前走路都疼, 也是一
直正常训练, 拿掉了硬拉和后蹲. 现在也基本自愈了...突出肯定有, 但是症状已经几
乎没有了.
我觉得根据简单的解剖学, 如果是后突, 加强posterior chain的训练大概是比较有用
的. 要把臀肌和股二练的很强, 同时改变很多动作的发力, 让posterior chain做他们
该做的工作甚至take over lower back该做的工作. 同时要加强hip mobility, 因为股
二头肌过紧会把骨盆拉的后倾, 有时候会刺激神经. 后突的病人话最好是保持骨盆前倾
才能不刺激神经. |

我又知道w只有从1到100这100个整数的可能
现在有一堆sample，用X表示, likelihood是一堆probit function P(x|w)的乘积L(X|w)
那 posterior(w|X) 正比于 L(X|w)*prior(w)
这个虽然没有analytical解，但是我是不是只要把1到100一个一个试一遍，找出那个让
posterior
最大的就算解完这道题了。。。
