我们joint claim了American Hope Credit，被audit了。说PharmD program属于
graduate program，不能claim American Hope Credit。查了IRS Pub 970，上面说的
是post secondary education就qualify。上网搜了一下，有一些网站也把grad school
算作post secondary educaiton
哪里有个post secondary的legal definition
版主，给点建议吧！

事情是这样的：原定于5月份毕业，现在ABD，公司要求3月1号上班。国际学生办于是把
我I-20表上的毕业日期改成了3月1号，然后帮我file了post-opt，现在已经拿到。
国际学生办说既然办了post-opt，就必须在spring semester（即5月份之前）毕业，不
能再延期毕业到下半年或者2013年了。我问如果春季没法毕业有什么后果，工作人员也
不清楚。
现在我的问题是，如果开始full-time工作，做论文的时间就少了，可能到暑假之前没
法答辩/提交论文。请问版上有这种情况的么？会造成USCIS收回OPT么，或者取消F1身
份么？ |

且顺利的拿到了Immigration Visa。打算两周之后去美国做immigration landing。
但是今天早上收到了USCIS的邮件，说是Department of State要求USCIS重审我的Case
。。
我所有的电话都打遍了（律师 USCIS NVC 大使馆）都说不知道，让我安心等待180天再
说。。
（1）我说我的Immigration Visa还有一个月就过期了，我还怎么等180天？
（2）如果我明天就去landing，边境是不让我进吗？我的VISA在手里面，也没有人说
VISA被revoke了
我也是傻眼了。。。请问大家有没有遇到过类似的事情啊？？？ 呜呜

现在公司托了一年了，PERM还没提交，不过这一两周就会提交。Job Posting有十来个
人我的老板说是Qualified Candidate。公司律师说有被Audit的风险。我老板和HR写了
封解释的信，大概就是找了些理由给DOL说明他们不合适的原因。
现在拿到另外一个Offer，是个小公司，工资涨了比20%还多，给的工资竟然是我现在工
作的PWD的薪水！老板也非常配合我的绿卡申请，说他会尽力帮我他能做的。
请问大师这个情况我要跳么？如果跳，我可以和新公司的律师商量PWD和Job Posting一
起弄么？这样两个月就可以提交PERM了。我也和新律师谈了，他说可以，但有风险，就
是说怕PWD的结果会比Job Posting的高，这样又得重新开始了。
