another PPD test.
The negative PPD is definitely no active TB. Since postive PPD doesn't mean
active TB, it is OK to have a chest X-ray to
make sure there is no active TB.
The purpose of those procedures is to make sure you don't have active TB.
Since TB is latent, and easy to get provoked, some states or agences require
to take
Rafampin, INH etc. for positive PPD even you have clear chest x-ray.

very involved in the classroom, the PTA, and DMSEF." 我也告诉她我不相信那个
亚裔家长讲的"In my community, we don't believe blah blah blah"是真的。我让她
去看她们学校的Honor Roll. 其他在场的朋友也有马上过来帮我讲话的，但是说实话
我不知道到底有多少说服力。因为这种评价我其实不是第一次听了。以前人家很客气地
说“People says that certain race group does not contribute as much, but I
don't think it is true"...
不过我在学校里也的确看到越来越多亚裔家长更加参与。我本来是到这里来寻求点
confirmation的，结果,结果大家都知道了。

Sick or dead squirrel sighting is signficant for disease control for
west niles, or perhaps less so for rabies.
The first squirrel tested postive for west niles in san mateo county
this year was reported only a couple of weeks ago. The risk level is not
elevated yet. But if more dead squirrels are found, they may decide to

件不是很好，所以你应该主要往潮湿那方面去查一查。
首先，你的阁楼上是否干燥。如果你确定很干燥，那长MOLD的可能性不大。
第二，发黑的地方是否有水迹，潮湿感，如果有，可能是屋顶漏雨、或管道有小的
LEAKAGE，从而导致长MOLD。
通过以上两点，你还不能确定是不是MOLD，那你可以去HOME DEPOT买MOLD TEST KIT测
试一下。如果测试结果是POSTIVE，那就找专业的公司进行采样分析，看看屋里MOLD的
浓度和MOLD的种类。如果显示比较严重，那就要做TREATMENT。不过，根据我的经验，
没有闻到MOLD的味道，那MOLD应该不严重。
如果MOLD的面积不大，我告诉你一个DIY除MOLD的方法。用BLEACH在有MOLD的地方擦一
遍，再用PAPER TOWL浸上BLEACH盖在有MOLD的地方一两个小时。MOLD绝不会再长了。 |

但我觉得还是需要些thinking的，在整个swing过程中的thinking, 比如迫使自己做一个
手臂的over turn去curve ball to left，或想着做slice/fade.
做短距离的approach shot的时候，我脑子里还是在想目标的，说实话，我是的确在ima
ge这个过程。比如我backswing时就在想如何让球落在我设想的果岭位置，然后滚短距离
，等等。。
所以这时候，postive thinking就很重要。如果我想的是果岭旁边有水坑，球别掉水里
了，10之8 9 我会over-correct it， 比如打出远离水坑的pull/push之流。 |

主力的机会很少。不是球队本来底子很差，就是这个球员超一流。特别是safety这种位
置，找true freshmen就是自找被爆。一般true freshman能马上上的，就WR和Rb,
kicker, punter。其它位置基本上都不可能马上表现很好，只能够希望postive大于
negative。而且一年级没有经过体能训练，体能和力量都不行。
