序
经过多年的奋斗，无奈和挣扎，终于似乎可以告别生物研究了。一切似乎又回到了原点
：多年前放弃了医生职业，选择了基础研究。还记得刚出国时也曾把前老板的诅咒当作
动力（他对我出国很不满，当面骂我不可能成功，也许他有一点对吧），也曾努力做实
验，却辗转8年方能毕业（是的，抗战都胜利了）。千老也已两年，文章却只有一篇，
以至于绿卡也无门可申。做生物而失败至如此者，应也不多。也许上天眷顾，现在又有
机会从住院医从头做起。我知道我会珍惜这来之不易的第二次机会。
贵人相助
第二次的实习比第一次要轻松：毕竟有了第一次的经验，再加上通过了step3，自己感
觉并不比刚进来的住院医差。这期间医院经历了一段特别繁忙的时期，我也就跟着忙前
跑后，增加了不少与病人接触的机会（比如周六也帮忙写病程记录，有一两次从早上6

Try scramble first,even the chance is extremely low for IMGs,still worth a
try.
Also,keep in touch with all the attendings or residents you know and be
alert for any withdrawl spots.
Agree with "It could be a good thing for not being matched.It's another
experience in the life and it wouldn't be a waste if we use the time and
experience wisely"

postmatch 希望也没有很大。多说别的也没有用。只是想说，无论什么时候，都不要失
去对自己和生活的信心。接下来努力想怎样才能够弥补自己的不足，来年的时候能够成

目前我们还在摸索如何用一个麦地账号来管理所有的学习者的联系。问题的关键是，
skype audio chat不支持多于25人的讨论。可以设想这肯定会形成问题。不过我们希望
能集思广益，如果您知道如何解决这个问题，请提出建议。
我们的本来设想是，一个板斧专门负责这个版务skype，每天负责加入新的id，每天负
责把小组里的成员call一次，这样大家会有call纪录，可以根据纪录来寻找伙伴来进行
复习。但是这个设想被那个不能多于25人的限制否决了。
目前的策略是，我们置顶四个skype的小组帖子，您在相关小组下，加入您自己的账号
，注明您的目前意向，然后其他有兴趣的同学，会作出同样的注释。然后大家可以互相
在bbs内联系，或者skype上直接加入联系，形成学习小组。 |

网瘾太重：），也爬过来不负责任滴说两句^_^
梦话版不靠谱分析，如有雷同，不胜荣幸。
现在都讲Evidence Based Medicine，另外国内315正好在打假，偶也来打一把假LOL
结论：2015麦地末日是一派胡言，长期来看，米国医生就业形势看好，PCP需求量大大
增加，短期来看CMG match率会稍有波动，但波动不会太大，波动幅度取决于米国国会
滴工作效率。
1. 2015麦地末日
最近2015麦地末日一说炒滴很火，原因无他，JAMA牛文里面写着呢（1）。不过童鞋们
唏嘘之余心里肯定会有点疑惑，貌似今年好多CMGmatch啦，麦地就有60个呢，咋两年以
后就没活路了呢？但疑惑归疑惑，JAMA都说了，肯定米有错啦。不过呢，其实JAMA牛文
是写给国会看滴，不是写给CMG看滴。所以2015麦地末日其实是一派胡言。如果大家仔
细读一下文章，会发现2015麦地末日滴结论是来自2011年一篇NEJM上滴牛文 （2）。牛
