IMPORTANT NOTE ABOUT USMLE TRANSCRIPTS in MYERAS:
Once you assign your USMLE transcript to programs and apply it will take up
to 48 hours for the request to be processed and the USMLE transcript made
available in the MyERAS PostOffice. The 48 hour process time is regardless
of when you initially requested the release in the USMLE transcript tab of
MyERAS. This is a standard processing time.

ECFMG. 1 LoR is not scanned yet, so I have to wait. What happened to the
other one is strange: the doctor signed the LoR with a different first name
from what on the website. He is a FMG and his first name is hard for the
Americans. I guess he is used to his English first name now and just signed
the LoR with that. I have to explain to the ECFMG that this is the same
doctor and they finally agreed to upload that LoR. Hope th |

Q1. ERAS instruction上说，只有Certify and Submit MyERAS Application后才能
apply to programs。这个My Application应该是指那些申请info和CV，并不包括
Personal Statement，对吗？
Q2：共识是LoRs应该在9月1号前upload上，这样能保证9月15前出现在ERAS PostOffice。
我的第一封LoR的作者昨天email说已经upload了，结果当天ERAS／ADTS里“First
Available to Programs”一栏下显示这封信有日期是“8／18／2014” 。这表示这封
信已经到ERAS PostOffice了么？有这么快？
另外我没有看到ERAS／ADTS里有“Available in ERAS PostOffice‘这样一栏，你们有
么？“Available in ERAS PostOffice‘和 ”First Available to Programs”是一回
事？

scans the documents and then uploads them to ERAS PostOffice. Yes the
documents show up in ERAS PostOffice are already scanned by ECFMG.

application materials using the Applicant Document Tracking System (ADTS) at

1. 政府部门，以及有公共执行权力的部门，承担社会责任的部门，比如DMV，
Postoffice， 公共安全部门， 救火部门； 公共交通部门以及受让了部分政府责任的
战略私营机构，比如医院水厂电厂航空公司，不得用任何原因refuse service to
anybody，除非涉及安全问题，或者现有法律明确规定可以 （比如航班拒绝极端肥胖人
员和重病患者）
2. public company ， 不得拒绝服务。 但是其中的具体某个雇员，可以基于宗教和人
身安全等原因拒绝服务，但是必须保证有人员替代服务
3. small business ，尤其是可替代的小商户 （饭馆，酒馆，修车厂，珠宝店等等）
，可以拒绝某类客户，但是需要明文公示
4。 宗教机构，可以基于宗教原因拒绝服务，但是需要公示。 |

你说的事情。ebay好一顿谢我,告诉我你放心吧，没问题了。
回头我查了下这个ID，是个全新ID，这里也曝一下ID: me_buaun_stffyz 根据名字
google这个人有一些不良记录。所以我估计ebay对这个地址也应该有记录。
