假设你的 plan是2GB，你在10/1用到2GB。postpaid允许你继续上网。假如你总共用到
3GB，会在10/22的账单再补交1GB的超额的钱。
而prepaid，你在9/22付了9/22-10/22的账单，假如在10/1号你就用到2GB，10/1当时就
上不了网了，必须马上交钱。 |

over $100 and would be a nice deal.
BTW: Is the monthly 4G plan's 4G coverage same as their postpaid plan?

我认为选择一个适合的手机计划要考虑一下几个因素：
接听电话可靠性，通话语音质量，每月用量，花费，和易用程度，能否接银行验证短信等
其重要程度由高到低。下面我分别详细说明。
A．接听电话可靠性和通话语音质量
这两项之间关系密切，所以放一起讨论。
通话语音质量的重要性我就不特别强调了。
想想你打电话时听不清对方说什么时的着急，
你说话对方听不到时的恼火，
对方会和你有同样的感受。
语音质量不好又时会影响到你的生活和工作，
可能带来重大经济损失，甚至丢失工作机会。
接听电话可靠性更为重要。因为如果是听不清，
你至少知道对方在跟你联系，只是沟通不畅，可以用其他方式沟通。
如果接不到电话，你都不知道，或没又即时知道对方想跟你联系。
所以更能耽误事。

The second quarter of 2017 was a good one for US mobile operators. AT&T, T-
Mobile, Verizon and Sprint all gained total customers last quarter and all
made a profit too, even perennial loser Sprint.
Subscriber growth:
AT&T gained 127,000 postpaid, 267,00 prepaid and 2.26 million connected
device customers but lost 369,000 reseller customers for a total gain of 2.
28 million domestic subscribers vs gains of 2.08 million in Q1 2017 and 1.36
million a year ago in Q2 2016.

以漫游。不过她没告诉我具体的漫游coverage；我只知道它们V网的Roaming是和
Verizon Postpaid一样的，不知道T和S的具体协议是怎样，如果也是Postpaid等级的
Roaming那对于有些人来说确实是个选择。
另外我稍微搜了下，以下前提都是无限Voice & Text
EcoMobile也有$30/月2GLTE，有VTS三网，价格一样，全是native没有Roaming
H2O有$35/月（autopay$31.5/月）2GLTE
Teltik用T网，$17/月，2G，不过它的前身就是Harbor Mobile,有兴趣可以搜一下它的
黑历史，总之，它的未来可以参考R+
MintSIM年抛$199，2G
TextNow$27月1.5G，这家知道的不多，目前知道一个奇怪的点是它声称的WiFi First：
在有WiFi的情况下优先使用WiFi to call/texts/surfing，不知道能不能强行关WiFi让

都有。现在有2种可能，因为one prepaid昨天周日刚上线，1.客服也不清楚想当然回答
。2.网站没有即使调整。不过不管哪种现在都需要更加官方的确认了。

部分 sprint系的 你那tmobile的漫游也不支持data 而且att的partner att自家
prepaid都漫游不过去 你听莫比了更没戏
很多小地方都是有地区性的carrier建的基站 和四大有漫游协议一般只保证postpaid的
比如有些基站给att postpaid用 但不给 att prepaid的用
唯一牛逼的prepaid 是tracfone 和小carrier都签了漫游协议 这个才式超级覆盖

实际上
1，convert的时候，如果ATT的小二操作不好，会产生2笔费用
一笔是convert fee，相当于从prepaid转到postpaid的费用
另一笔是upgrade fee，相当于从一般postpaid升级到iphone 5的费用
2，照目前的行情，ATT的店里面不见得有iPhone 5的现货。。。。。。。
当然，趁refill有discount再转是一个相当好的方法。 |

过程：后来过了将近一个月，收到一张被关掉的那个账户的账单，一共是540多，我们
很纳闷，因为小二事先从未说过同一天开关账户会有这种后果，于是打了电话问客服，
客服说因为关了账户，所以要把一部手机该付的钱付清了才可以。于是我们第二天就去

一个月以后就可以，但需要和客服单独说，因为网上提交request的要求是Postpaid 账
户2个月，prepaid6个月，但如果你是全价机随时可以unlock。我刚刚解锁， 一个月的
费用是45加税，50出头。这些都是我刚刚经历过的。 |
