如果是高温+太阳直射,这点电解质根本不顶用啊。而且奶还是比较难吸收的,所以我
理解消化它势必会占用供血,而高温情况下(而且还运动)需要血液供给肌肉,和散热
,不够用。
我推荐水+电解质片(通常1小时1片)。另外要根据自己的感觉,有的时候你感觉想喝
水(脱水了),有的时候你可能特想吃咸的(缺电解质了)。 |

是从它是从椰子里出来的,没有加工,没有浓缩,除了加Vc。Naked 椰子水是从浓缩里

油,少调味,又比较好吃的菜整理一下,一则保持期的同学可以做来吃,二则不放减重
的同学偶尔拿来打个牙祭。也许有不合适的地方,还请大家指出,做反面例子也好的

第一套:以前贴过的黄椒鸡,先上成品图
1. 鸡肉这里用了两块,去骨鸡胸肉6oz约180g,带片带骨鸡腿一只,约120g,撒上粗
盐和少量黑胡椒
2. 黄色灯笼甜椒1个,进烤箱485F broil,中间翻面几次,直到到灯笼椒变软,表面那
层皮起泡,和果肉分离的状态,取出灯笼椒来稍稍放凉,把最外面那层气泡的薄薄的表
皮撕掉不要。然后把灯笼椒破开,去籽去瓤,再改切1cm宽的条。
3. 番茄一个,去皮,切1cm见方的小方块儿。
4. skillet里面用加1/2tsp(2,5ml)橄榄油,用paper towel抹开,鸡肉带皮面先下锅
,两粒去皮蒜,中火到中高火,鸡肉单面煎3-5分钟,翻面再煎3分钟左右
5.烤箱预热350F
6. skillet里下黄灯笼椒,蕃茄,75ml清水,加热到液体沸腾,然后加盖,预热过的烤

成品图
1. 带皮带骨鸡大腿肉(chicken tigh)125g,带皮带骨鸡胸150g,去掉皮下脂肪。取
kosher salt40g,清水300ml兑成盐水,浸泡鸡肉,放入冰箱放置12小时
2. brine好的鸡肉,取出用paper towel擦干多余水分。
3. fennel bulb半个,切粗丝,红葱头(shallot)一个切碎,一个胡萝卜去皮切滚刀
块,直径2-3厘米的pearl potato几个约125g,仔细擦洗干净。一个蒜头分成蒜粒,略
去粗皮
4. 烤箱预热350F
5. 烤盘或者铸铁skillet里铺上fennel,shellot,pearl potato和胡萝卜,撒上少量
kosher salt,铺上一些fennel上的绿须须, 和两片sage,铺上1/3的蒜粒,再挤上小
半个柠檬的汁
6. 蔬菜上摆上鸡肉,撒上少量kosher salt和黑胡椒,再铺上剩下的2/3蒜粒。再在鸡
肉上铺好一层fennel须,4-5片sage叶子。一棵切粗段的lemon grass,然后用锡纸把
烤盘盖好,入烤箱中层烤1小时15分钟

饭的时候顺手拿出了一盒7OZ的pitted prune,看到上面写着prune contains double
amount of Potassium than banana has, 很高兴带了对付抽筋儿的食品。当时并
不知道在10:30A.M. 以前吃完这一盒pitted prune对这次hiking Mt. Whitney是一
个多么重要的决定。睡觉睡到2:30PM,肚子开始了一场“甘地”式的不合作运动,
也督促我勤勉地出入“五谷轮回之所”。空档期间,我徘徊于池塘、小桥、流水、
瀑布 之间,等待着下一次natural call的来临。天随着厚厚云层的出现黑了下来,
肚子的警报却还是没有消除,躺在车里,看着原来11PM出发去Mt. Whitney Peak看

阿诺拉了三十多个人上Mt Baldy,因为主要是阿诺,Kerwin和我带队,没有特意负重,
背包在30lb以内。advent pro要退,背的还是Z55。
队伍自然分成三队,需要两头跑,岔路口等人。。。一天下来运动量也不小。最后三十
人全部登顶,包括头一次出来爬山的妹妹。阿诺这小子炼成神功,轻松背了35Kg大包上
山,汗都没怎么出。
主要试了几个新东西
1. MT HDWR Canyon Shirt and Pants,透气防晒都不错
2. Nike Patella Band,下山时很有用,省膝盖
3. Cytomax Drink Mix,初步感觉运动时比Gatorade有效很多,登山时没感觉到疲劳;
恢复很快,下来两天腿没有以往的隐约酸痛感。成分里Potassium, Sodium ...
Calories含量比Gatorade高很多,还有Gatorade没有的Magnesium,Vitamin等等。
据说可以

enough fluid. Juice would be good.
Banana is a great morning-run food because it has rich Potassium. But eat
those at least 1 hour before running.
But I take it that your goal is to get slim, so you could give no-breakfast
a try. You still have to drink enough fluid. Pay close attention to what
your body tells you. If you feel tired and heavy, you should keep going.

是不是因此乳酸菌把肚子里的糖分解成了乳酸,然后进入了肌肉,就酸了。。。?
