块）的房子，貌似条件不错，价钱也很便宜。可是考了一下古，发现大家都建议market |

年八月到期，可续租。室友是upenn的女生，人非常好。房子条件很好，翻新过，具体
介绍如下：
房子位于 41th，powelton 附近 全新装修两层楼二室一厅town house。周围街区超级
安全,在两个学校（Drexel, Upenn)校车和escort范围内。距离Drexel和UPENN都很近。
步行5分钟可以到Drexel校区，5分钟到地铁，10分钟以内可到UPENN。门口停车也很方
便，大部分都是免费的，连parking permit都不需要，很适合有车的同学。也可以做校
车，也在walking escort 范围内。
全新地板，全新厨房橱柜，全新花岗岩台面,全新水池水龙头，全新冰箱和灶台，全新
卫浴，全新墙漆，还有水泥地后院。一楼客厅厨房，二楼两个卧房。干净没有蟑螂。
房间提供床，书桌，壁橱，椅子和柜子（房子到期后书桌椅子和柜子可直接增送），楼
下厨房有微波炉，冰箱，吃饭小桌子提供。

walk from CHOP. I would say if you do not care about rent, it is a good
place to live.
Still, no matter how safe it is, West Philadelphia is West Philadelphia.
Do not expect too much if you come from an extremely safe rural region. |

今年经常用gps，比较懒，就放在车里面了，刚刚发现玻璃被砸了，gps被偷了。。。我
