2-You feel you have no control of his and your life, because of 1.
3-Then you feel so powerless, because of 2.
Later on, it becomes a very bad feeling for you when you see or hear about

情这么兴奋，就顺便随便写点。
首先声明我一直很喜欢看Jimmy Kimmel Live。其实很多人可能只反复看过出问题的那
集Kids Table。有时间可以在youtube搜一搜lie witness news，unnecessary
censorship之类的单元。抛开这件事不说，Jimmy Kimmel的风格一直就是trolling。所
以早晚会出事，这次被抓住我一点都不奇怪。
1. 节目
先说节目的事情，这个节目明显有问题。抛开为什么那个小白垃圾会这么小说出这种话
不谈，单说一个不是现场的节目竟然能把这样的片段播出，是让我觉得很匪夷所思的。
归根结底是Asian American，特别是Chinese American在美国的话语权实在有限，所以
审查的时候敏感度很低或者根本没有担心会有retaliation。不知道有没有人听过Rick

Trevino. Ben Hogan 好象是switter(swinger+hitter), 因为他用3只右手release。
Hitters的一个特点是release 时靠右臂从曲到直提供power,and release down the
target line. 球有fade/slice的倾向。我最近为了防hook,尝试了一下hitter的打法，
结果打的好时是fade,不好时就slice,而且距离近了，另一个副作用是打一会右臂就很
酸，倒是个很好的workout。现在还是打算改回原来的swinger的打法了。Google了一下
，看到了一个关于swing and hit的很有意思的说法，说两者是effortless power vs.
powerless effort.不知大家有没有试过这两种不同的swing. |

发帖数: 70 | 47 谈谈我打cc的改进过程。我以前是习惯close 站位，球拍后摆幅度也很大。打cc时容易
下网。原因在于当球拍接触球时，已是强弩之末， 拍头速度不大，同时也没有足够的
随挥， 属于powerless effort 的打法。分析自己的录像后发现问题， 做了两项改进
。一是用open or semi open stance, 二是减小backswing 的幅度（这对所有的击球都
有帮助），现在的cc shot 比以前好多了。你的backswing 看起来不错，没有我
overswing的问题，改变stance后效果应该会很好。
我以前打golf.现在打网球就不打golf 了。我发现golf 和网球的swing原理极其相似。
我把golf中overswing的毛病带到网球里了。现在还在纠正中。 |
