non-pp and pp, no matter 1a or 1b.
I always think PP is no correlate with RFE.
It all depends how well you prepare and present your case to IO.
You should do you best to convince IO.
In this sense, lots applicants who got RFE/NOID get approved afterwards.
It also might be a common sense that USCIS wants to make money from PP.
If those who PPed are prone to getting RFE/NOID, whoelse wants to use PP

发帖数: 6523 | 4 Yes. It is valid for a year, from the time you do this to the time the IOs
process your 485, but not just your submission time.
So if you get it done, as soon as your 140 is approved, you can submit your
485. That's also a good way to save some time.
Have you PPed though? Otherwise the 140 processing time is random, and you
don't want this medical exam to expire before your 485 is processed. My
doctor said that some clients of hers had to re-do the medical exams due to
that.
