army/air force/navy reserve都是part time,还可以的样子

发帖数: 5202 | 7 早上提前一个半小时起床，开车要开40分钟，情何以堪。
小半碗牛奶，一个小bagel，估计多吃也来不及消化了。长袖加短裤，Altra One 2旁
门左道鞋子一穿出门开路
教训一：应该再早起多吃一点儿
路上阴天，还比较开心，想不晒不雨，不错
车一停好就开始下雨，也没带雨衣，心里已经开始不爽，潜意识有些打退堂鼓，想再大
些就不跑了。下雨电话也不方便带了，索性腰带也不用了，带的俩gel一起吃了，喝了
几口水。比赛中间再也没有吃喝了。貌似是有一个地方喝水的但是我没停。
教训二：应该带件所谓皮肤衣遮风挡雨，至少感觉好些
一个小比赛，自愿捐款，纪念911，要求起码10刀，但是木零钱了哈哈，于是扔了20刀
。比赛没有bib，腿上画了号码，计时就是看表，所以我赶紧站前面些，否则亏了。
教训三：记得带零钱（哈哈哈，开玩笑，捐点儿小钱应该的）
比赛是在西雅图臭名昭著的Green River Trail上跑，这里出过一个连环杀手，上世纪8
，90年代据说杀了90来个人，没判死刑因为坦白从宽搞了个deal，我靠。
大概全马半马两百来人，一起出发。对了，这个比赛是个老头子老江湖组织的，很便宜
