，现在用的是15年 3.25，可以改成3%，no cost，说cover一切费用，包括praisal的钱
。自己先垫付praisal的钱430刀，然后还给我们。还说什么escrow的钱要自己出，然后
过一段时间再还给我们。大概有2700.我们当初贷了27800. 这事靠谱吗？他为啥极力推
荐我们搞这事，他能拿到什么好处？还有那个escrow的钱自己先出是怎么回事？好多专
有名词我也听不懂，还是来这里问中文比较好，麻烦大家码几个字吧，谢谢了~！ |

此引起的。
既然这样，老公就每天说一句（不多吧？）。从实处做起，3个月以后看看你老婆是不
是开心很多。
每个人的love language不一样。我觉得你老婆的primary languae is your praisal.
你觉得做家务带孩子就够了？老婆是要哄的。不需要你从早到晚甜言蜜语，但是该说的
时候就得说。嘴皮子动动，那么难吗？你不说，她怎么知道？老婆生孩子你都不哄，什
么时候哄?说句好听的，给个hug,she will be very happy.
楼主：你老公就是个木讷的人，不要要求太高。你的心思他猜不出的，那就直接告诉他
你要什么。Lower your expectation, you will be much happier.

发帖数: 374 | 3 大农村，list十几二十万的房子，看了下，前两年的TAX appraisal的价格都要少好几
万，按我的理解，TAX的价格应该差不多是市场价格，可能略低一些，应该不会差那么
多吧
几个例子，一个250K的房子，去年和前年TAX appraisal的价格是175K
一个190K的房子，去年和前年TAX appraisal的价格是160K
这list的也太高了吧，可是大家还说要加价，疯了吧！

appraisal |

我相信方圆35英里之内，一定有很多减价都卖不出去的房子，楼主可以考虑考虑。 |
