宝宝出生时可以自己呼吸，但NICU怕宝宝累所以当晚给了breathing tube帮BB呼吸。 我出院当天就给换了个小型的breathing support tube。
老公今天带了我pump的奶给BB，说宝宝又被换了大的breathing tube， nurse说宝宝自己呼吸累了有时会忘记呼吸 （preemie 常见）， 还给吊多一个caffine的点滴，帮助提醒大脑要记的呼吸=( 摆IV的spot还由脚换到手上， 又多了几个bandaid 的地方， 听了真心疼。 可喜的是BB的奶量又加了， 由9CC 变成18/20CC。 希望宝宝要乖乖，健康成长，快点可以回家。 妈妈决定过几天去看你，等不了做完月子了。 求祝福！

我女儿快三岁了，又漂亮又聪明，可是，她不会走路，而且永远也不会。她患有SMA (
Spinal Muscular Atrophy) 。这是一种genetic disorder，由于基因缺失身体无
法制造一种蛋白，严重影响她的运动神经元和所控制的肌肉，导致肌张力低下。SMA是
一种罕见病，发病率仅为万分之一，由于我和我老公都是携带者（我们都不知道，也没
有家族史），我们的孩子有四分之一的几率患病，我的女儿很不幸。
但是幸运的是，我的女儿不是最严重的情况。Type 1，也就是最严重的情况，孩子一般
不会活过两岁。我女儿属于type 2，医生没说能活多久，只是告诉我们，最终依靠仪器

除了左淋巴腺，所以有2 个引流管挂在左面，每天要清理引流管的液体2次，这就是一
天最痛的时候，有的时候液体通过引流管被拽出来，那专心的痛，只有哇哇大哭。虽然
我没有经历过生产的痛苦（我是剖腹的），但我觉得这次手术比上次剖腹要来得痛苦。
有的人说，化疗比手术痛苦，但以我个人的经历，我觉得，手术比化疗痛苦。我没有很
大的化疗反映。该吃吃，该喝喝，没有怎么呕吐。接下来，就是10 月份的放疗（5周）
，最后是乳房重建。抗乳癌是一场长时间的战争。需要家人，朋友的支持，和自己的坚

女宝，16个半月，上了4个月全天的daycare，中耳炎6次，最近4次，间隔不到半周。感
觉宝宝的消化系统有很大影响，这3天，每天吐，拉稀（基本上是水状），什么都不想
吃。今天带宝宝去看医生，说是抗生素太厉害了，吐和拉都是副作用，可一查耳朵，还
是有炎症。这都第9天了，还有炎症。医生说那就换个抗生素，再吃10天吧。
我当场就想哭了。这抗生素都吃了连续40天了，都没能消炎。总这么吃下去，也不是个
办法。想想宝宝自一周岁检查起，一两肉都没长，做娘的，心疼死了。医生跟我说，一
定要明天就给宝宝开始新的疗程。但我不想给宝宝吃了。周三约的耳鼻喉科专科，想直
接约做ｅａｒ ｔｕｂｅ。
想问问，有没有类似经验的宝宝和妈妈。有什么建议？
顺便请教一下睡觉的情况，宝宝到现在晚上睡觉都不好，下班夜一般要醒个2次，也不
是说要吃，要玩，但要我或娃爸去到跟前，说宝宝睡觉了，才哼唧睡回去，如果我们不

没明白你问的是什么？ 担心保险？ 担心生孩子费用？ 担心什么呢？
你来之前和来之后怀孕，完全一样的啊！
你J1所在学校提供保险的吧。 就算学校保险太贵，LA的中国医生那么多，
几千刀就可以讲下来一个顺产了。
