令人发指的抄袭之作————《资产定价理论》上财
前几天去书店，快要走的时候。发现了上海财经大学出版社的一本新书
——《资产定价理论》 杨大楷 杜新乐 肖烨 等编著
当时买了别的书，急着要走，没仔细看内容，就随手买了一本。
回来一看，到是大吃一惊！————怎么内容那么熟悉呢？ 稍微翻过COCHRANE那本《AS
SET PRCING》的人，就没办法不熟悉！
因为这本 书的前三部分 共 11章全部是对 《ASSET PRCING》一书的抄袭！从目录到内容
都是如此！
该书的参考文献及前言 根本没有提到 《ASSET PRCING》一书！

最近在市场上遇到几个Range Pricing 的房子。 于是便对Range Pricing 作了一些研

房地产 Range Pricing在麻州并不常见，Range Pricing最早起源于澳大利亚。 在上
世纪90年代中期由 Prudential Real Estate 引进美国。主要在南加州，亚利桑那州和
佛罗里达州的一些地区使用。 有些地区的MLS 有Range Pricing 的option. 但是在麻
州没有。所以listing agent 就list 了Range 的底价，再注明是Range Pricing. 比如
， 一个房子的价格范围是$500k- $550k, 就会list $500k

regression（基于time series regression的），另一个是GMM模型。现在每一个model
，针对N个asset中，都有N个error，那要怎么来用hypothesis testing，比较哪个
model的fit更好呢？谢谢！
一个concern是，因为这是2种不同的methodology，直接比较error似乎不适合？ |
