I bought a GC with Chase CC.
The store did not charge the activation fee which I was not aware of. Of
course the card could not be used.
I immediately called the store (only 30 minutes away), manager told me they
ran out of the GC, otherwise could reload to another card. Manager told me
there was nothing else he can do, I have to call GC company.
Called GC company several times, spent hours on the phone, faxed all receipt

二氧化碳，氮气及大量的水蒸气和非常低的氧气（也许只有今天的百分之一，那是太阳
紫外线分解二氧化碳产生的），有的天文学家推测，可能气压高达几十个，地面的温度
也许有二百摄氏度之高。随着二氧化碳被固定在岩石中这一过程的持续，地面的温度持
续下降，但和今天比，还是很高的。
后来，曾发生了所谓的“雪球期”，就是地球上在纬度很低的地方都发生结冰的现象，

In the past several years, this kind of cases VSC should be precessed in 2-4
weeks, some cases only took 1 week.
If you don't want to contact USCIS, you can wait.
If you don't go to Infopass or call USCIS, you do not know any information.

Apparently EB2 ROW and EB1 will not get any approval in the Q4 of 2011.

time is mainly determined by background check.ONline status is not very
reliable now. You just need be patient if your RD is still within the 6-

I-907 twice before it actually happened. The first time, I sent the form as
regular first class mail. One week after I mailed the form, a guy from
Florida called me saying that USCIS had mistakenly "sent" my I-907 form to
him! Had he not informed me, I would have been waiting for who knows how
long. Then I immediately resent the form by USPS express mail and my case
status changed the next day!

April 2008 and filed my 485 in August 2008, and just started my H1B visa
from June 2009. My J1 status didn't affected by my filing I-140. My J1
waiver lasted 22 months because DOS lost all my documents and my case
precess was delayed.
I think all J1,F1 visa holders can file I-140 if you don't want visit China
until you file I-485 and get your AP. |
