2.肥一点肉馅1 lb
3.马蹄７个;Prawn ７ 个;葱白７个;拇指大小姜1块，放food Precessor里打碎。
4.把3）加到2）里;再加1个蛋清;６Tea Spoon盐;少许生抽;１Table Spoon凌粉&３
Table Spoon高汤调的水淀粉;顺一个方向搅拌。
5.油烧８成热，调中火。将调好的肉馅团成小孩拳头大小的丸子，下油锅炸成金黄。
6.将炸好的丸子放入沙罐，加鸡汤至丸子露出一小部分。加笋；新鲜蘑菇；烧开后，瓢
去浮沫，换小火炖３０分钟。
7.３０分钟后加入白菜梗；１０分钟后加入白菜叶；白菜叶熟后，加盐调味。
8.将丸子先盛起；在沙罐里加2 Table Spoon凌粉＆高汤调成的水淀粉勾芡。
9.将芡汁淋到丸子上。
