期望h1b的要幸福太多了。
1. h1b1 每18个月renew 一次，不是12个月。
2. h1b 每36 个月renew 一次。只能renew 一次。
对愿意给办visa的公司来讲，h1b1和h1b不会有太大区别。多个2-3千块（申请费+律师

You are right that I just got to know that my husband should have had his
old submitting date for 9089 on his new PERM, but our lawyer didn't check
Yes when he filed the application for PERM. So on his PERM, surly 2007 is
not eligible for 245i.
We were suggested to file 9089 again and check YES to choose old submitting
date, so he can have 2001 on PERM.
