bet, and no guarantee that bet is going to sustain.
Morningstar has rating for funds, ranked by stars. Interestingly, their own
study once indicated that the stars -- based on past performance -- often
negatively correlates with future performance. I can't find that article now

way to go until you do other experiments to back up, but you are
reluctant to do those experiments.
I can only speculate your boss' thinking: he still doesn't like the
