better never assume other guns are like XD

top spin. What I do is that using east if the coming ball is not that high
top spin or I am two step of back of baseline or hit the ball before it jump
up. If the spin is 6 to 8 feet high, I always move up and use the semi to
hit it back. So you have to predit the ball and know what grip you going to
use |

I finally logged in the Celera web site and did a search.
I tried with a known protein sequence, but the result is
not satisfactory - it only give me partially aligned
sequence among their 26K predited sequence.
Details: I input a DNA sequence 600 bp, and the best fit
using BlastN is only three segments of perfect alignment.
(Note: I did the search against their transcript database.
So, there should be no intron in there.)

pI determined by the 2D gel system, the time you cut out the spot.
quatuple mass spec can actually sequence some partial sequence,
which is easy part. Hard part is that you cann't get enough protein
when go to the quatuple, Electrospray requires ten teims more protein
than MALDI.
In-gel digestion coupled by MALDI can give the masses of digested peptide.
use those peptide mass, there are websites you can search the potential
protein candidate with predited m |

过Blast? 我看有一些文献为了筛选specific的SiRNA, 设计好几个不同的SiRNA去处理
细胞, 然后做Microarray去看这些SiRNA的调控的基因，通过对比来看特异性，不过我
觉得这个好像也不是很可靠，毕竟Microarray里表达量下降的基因很多，我们也不知道
哪些基因是直接由SiRNA抑制的

是在想你的setup可能会有问题.
给你举个例子,比如你用Bollinger Band.至少有5或者6个参数可以选:几天的MA,几天的
Std,超买超卖,liquid你的仓位的阈值.假如你用2年的data去做calibration,1年的data
去做backtesting,你要是试不出来positive的结果,说明你要么setup有错,要么就是太
手工了..而且你你是HFT还是swing的,backtest用mid还是用bid ask这些都有很大影响.
像上面某兄弟讲的一样,真正赚钱的都是自己create几个signal,做combination.或者做
regression类的preditive model.

Computer science 可能比较好， 但是一定要选统计的课。很多非data scientist的职
位也需要data mining的知识。 如果搜索一下的， data mining 或者 machine
learning 跟 preditive modeling 就是一码事。
或者留着原来学校， 熟练掌握R和python，SAS， 旁听一些统计的课。 不要把目光局
限在data scientist上吗， 统计加计算机可以申请很多职位。 |

you posted a FA early this year predict Dow will down to 3000
it was plausible, but
only several months later, you just predit Dow will be bullish for 1-2 years
(up to 10,000 more soon). However, you never gave a reason (you said your
teacher told you).
How come you denied you first TA analysis so fast? and Is that TA wrong,
right or |
