drop since I am breastfeeding her.
I help her do the bicycle exercise (leg exercise) and massage the belly, and
take warm bath and then use the anal thermometer to stimulate her (just
like what we do to measure the temp), and she will normally pu couple hours
later. Tried twice and worked both time. But I am afraid if do it too often
she will be used to it and relies on my help. Today is the third day she is

tho. Anyway, mommy of preemie have to be more patient. Make sure you sit
baby up while feeding and burp her by smoothing her back clockwise. If the
baby is gaining good weight then no worry. |

several times a day (5-10min every time) in the 1st month. I have not
heard about 脑部促进针. Also, what is 高压氧 (ventilator? Canula?) I
know some babies still need oxygen after they go home (the hospital

the equipment and teaches the parents how to use it)
Ask them to be careful with RSV -- preemies are very vulnerable to it |

再说下我家娃的情况：我家娃目前正在take zantac,但是最近他吃的越来越少，食量已
经下降一半了，所以我在网上找了下关于这方面的东西，发现有人对吃治reflux的药有

另外BABY CENTER上也有人说，reflux的娃其实应该是吃的更多的，因为milk can
sooth the throat ache。换句话说，吃药还是会让娃吃的少，但这种少吃其实对宝宝
有益。
Anyway, 我想开起这个一个话题，大家踊跃讨论，也算是为自己娃，为其它人的娃做点

吃得急。没办法，只能每次吃奶的时候跟他念，慢点啊，慢点啊，也没见他自行调整过

宝吸妈妈的奶快，这样宝宝不适应。前面说的奶嘴是我试过最慢的，和胸喂的流量最接
近，这样宝宝吸起来感觉差不多。
我当时是相反的问题，需要supplement的时候宝宝习惯了一般奶嘴的流速，楞是不吸我
的奶（嫌太慢），我把奶嘴换成那个流速慢的，宝宝没两天就瓶子、妈妈的奶都吸了。
建议试试。 |

发帖数: 1239 | 29 这两种swaddle我都用过，更喜欢HALO的。summer infant那个腿部空间不够大，我家娃
50 percentile，算正常大小，腿在里面都不能保持natural position，最后还是退了。
去医院的包裹包括软包硬箱我打了3、4个，有生产包，产后护理包，出院包，最后用上
的不多。因为生的快，生产包基本都没用上。说几个我觉得有用的吧：
-- Depend护垫。医院的太难用，还会漏，这个depend很舒服。
-- 如果准备母乳的话，带上nursing bra，和feeding pillow，不然肩膀、手腕会很累。
-- 洗漱用品、浴巾
-- 小人的手套
-- 自己出院的衣服（建议带上围巾和帽子）。我自己就没注意，结果出院回家就15分
钟的路，就被车上空调吹病了，到现在两周了还头疼。lg怕是pe-eclampsia，出院后第
二天又把我带回去了，在医院耗了4、5个小时才给放回来。
-- 小娃出院衣服长袖onesie就够了，怕腿冷的话就薄、中、厚的小毯子各带一条，到
时候腿上一盖就可以了。

完的瓶子泡在soap water 中，晚上装配在basket中， 然后用洗碗机一起洗。 个人感

发帖数: 1239 | 32 这些都用过。先是comotomo，热奶太慢而且vent非常容易堵导致奶头collapse，而且我
偏向于用玻璃瓶；换Dr Brown + preemie nipple，娃吃的超级好但洗了一个月瓶子和
各种大小部件后决定试试其他的；Avent 玻璃瓶奶嘴太硬，娃不喜欢，但勉强能吃，瓶
子口会漏奶；MAM奶瓶looks fantastic on paper, 但吃起来感觉好费劲，好像瓶底该
通气的地方seal的太紧，不过这套还是留下了，可以出远门/vacation的时候用（瓶子
可以加水微波炉消毒，出门在外很方便）；商店打折的时候进了一套Joovy boob奶瓶 +
Nood 1号奶嘴，超级好用超级好刷，以为问题解决了...直到发现瓶口容易漏奶，需要
小心翼翼的检查瓶口是否封紧，昨天一下子漏掉了3oz母乳，把我心疼坏了，这不今天
又进了一个tommee tippee和一个born free看看如何。
verdict：如果不漏奶boob是我们最喜欢的bottle system。 |

先说一下上面那个妈妈对我引的第二篇文章的理解，我觉得和作者的意图正是反了。作
者所说的是小学的老师过于形而上学的机械强调97%的accuracy, 不让孩子走向更深内
容的阅读。就像在浅水区游惯的人，上了中学后一下子被抛到深水区，孩子不能够习惯
在high complexity text中maneuver, 结果丧失对阅读以及吸取文字携载的内容的兴趣
。就好象读Shakespear的Romeo and Juliet, 你不需要对文字97%的掌握就可以去了解
和欣赏这个作品。这个是让我释然的一个原因，因为娃读书的范围很广，如果是她感兴
趣的topic, 她会毫无畏惧地去读，然后会问很relevant的问题，和我share她的想法和
学到的东西。这包括她竟会去读Time magazine 里一篇关于preemies的文章，以及她可
以在读了magic tree house day of the dragon king 后可以在秦始皇陵和埃及faroh
的pyramid之间 make connection.

受罪。今天看到那张preemie的图片，实在太让人心疼了。本来我是打算买个deep
freezer，把奶冻起来，等断奶以后继续给自己宝宝吃的。但是想想，那些早产儿应该
比我家宝宝更需要这些奶。所谓“老吾老及人之老，幼吾幼及人之幼”，应该就是这个
意思吧。表我刚刚填完，扫描发给milk bank了。他们应该会fax给我的OB和家庭医生，
得到他们的签名和我的health record以后，他们应该会安排我去做血检，然后再寄给
我一个cooler，让我把奶寄过去。我现在就等他们的消息就好了。等我捐完了，我再详
细的发一个流程，给有同样情况的妈妈们参考一下。：—）
我们只捐了脐带血。自己么，每2个月去一次Puget Sound Blood Center，因为是O型。
