写这个帖子求助其实心里挺难过的。自己从来没想到过会遇到这种事，但我有点无
助，也很迷茫，不知道婚姻里出了这样的矛盾，到底是谁的问题，我尽可能中立地描述

我跟老公都是离异后再婚，年纪都在30岁左右。我在国内工作，他在美国工作，在
这之前的半年，他一直在国内出差，我也正常上班，现在我怀孕8个月了，休了长假跟
他一同去美国，准备呆上半年，把小孩生在美国，将来也可能我们就留在美国发展不回
来了，半年后的事情还未定。
我跟老公感情挺好的，两个人认识很多很多年了，几年前因为阴差阳错没能走到一
起，在各自离婚后终于又团聚，所以我们彼此都很珍惜对方。可是，最近因为我卖了以
前的房子拿到了一大笔钱，关于这笔钱怎么使用上，两个人出了分歧。我们结婚的时候
，各自都有婚前房产，我有两套，一共价值240万，他有一套，大约330万，他自己还有

定，今天打个零工，明天就没工作了，今天还在街上混，明天就进监狱了，那是没地方
要抚养费去。女的找这种人结婚，说明女的也是混底层的。
富人跟普通人结婚，签prenuptial很正常，我挺能接受的。换了是女富人跟男穷光蛋结
婚，一样的要签prenuptial的。本来人如果心术正，不是想靠离婚来发财，签这个也应
该啊。
上层的，我也不了解。不过上层人士，看新闻，他们离婚都脱了层皮的，老婆都分得不
少啊。
我知道一些中产的例子，可以说，男人是离不起婚的，离婚等于倾家荡产。当然女的也
别想靠离婚来过上富裕生活，如果你也就跟个中产离婚的话。
象美国的家暴，本来女的报警就可以解决问题的，但是有些女性是自身心理有问题，被
虐也不报警，还跟老公生孩子，其实自己要没有问题，老公是无法长期施暴的。 |

prenuptial 顾名思义只能婚前签。婚后可以通过gift 形式，community可以把财产
gift 给个人，or vice versa。可能要签个 gift letter
我不是搞婚姻法的。以上都是猜测 |

这钱是不是就变成 夫妻共用的财产了？

prenuptial很普遍，稍微有点资产的普通人也是，女的请得起好律师的，那男方一般只
会更强。法律是一回事，实际执行又是另外一回事，我是没机会接触中上层阶级，知道
几个底层的离婚女性，孩子一般跟着妈妈，常抱怨前夫又不付孩子抚养费了，那种底层
的男性一般是光脚的不怕穿鞋的，法院的判决根本不上心。
我看的女性杂志有很多文章指导帮助离婚重新从经济上站起来的，一般都说靠人不如靠
己，其实靠人是靠不上的，政府有时倒比人靠得住。美国每天有四个女性死在男朋友或
老公手里，经历过abusive relationship的女性将近一半，美国社会本来就是暴力充斥
，针对女性的暴力太普遍了，而且很多是恶性循环，一个小男孩看到他妈妈被打，他长
大以后极有可能也会打女人，这个是心理学家研究出来的。某些中西部的白人男性，看
上去老老实实，也常去教堂，可以把老婆打得跟猪头似的，那些好莱坞男明星，梅尔吉
布森，charlie sheen家暴案子累累，还不是照样干活收钱。美国对妇女儿童的保护，

comprehensive. One of the item to be examined is the so called prenuptial
agreement (In Massachusetts the legal term is "antenuptial agreement"),
which "fishmarket22" described this way in her original posting:

A divorce then would REALLY, REALLY hurt his wallet. His agreement right
