发帖数: 15629 | 24 05年有一次我账上有2200，被冻结了两个多月，当时的目的还真不是要钱，CL只有500，为了买床用10%cpn；同时还有10000多Shell不能买MO了。漏屋偏遭连阴雨啊。被警告了，后来又操作了一两次，帐号被关，现在只能用老伴的，付款没问题，但不能自己去CVS买卡，非常不方便。
适当的在CVS买些Amex GC还是很不错的，尤其这段时间买二送一，这周还有$5
extracare。账面上看起来比直接cash强得多，毕竟是正常“消费”。
顺便说一下，为了用JCP CC 的10% cpn，prepay一点用都没有，用JCP CC 付一块钱，用JCP GC付$999，可以省$100 (10%)。 |

mREIT performs best in a stable interest rate environment. Its income
decrease with higher or lower interest rate.
You have to understand that AGNC holds RMBS security. Although it is backed
up by the government, only the principle is guaranteed. At current low
interest rate environment, AGNC bought those security with a premium, 107
cents for 100 cent RMBS.

Do NOT prepay your mortgage!
Instead, invest your little extra money every month in index funds (pick
funds with no trading commission cost, super low expense, super efficient -
low turnover), don't overlook such little money each month, because after 10
-20 years, you will have sizable amount of investment, and over the long
term, market return should better double of 3%, if not more! |

你觉得A-D好是因为目前没有系统性风险，等来了之后A-D的risk adj return只会比
junk更差，因为很明显的adverse selection。优质的A-D只是需要liquidity，会非常
快的prepay，你portfolio里面没很快还清的人其实并不比Junk的好多少，尤其是在大
环境不好的时候。

我觉得这个职位应该有不少local candidates，他们应该很快就能面试。而且我本人可
能也不是他们的top candidate （从电面，给推荐信，到得到on－site，中间隔了三周
）。所以我希望能尽快面试，不然他们找到合适的，可能干脆就把我的面试取消了。
我想问问大家，能否告诉小密，我自己买机票，她只需要reimburse便宜机票可能花费
的那部分。也就是说，我把面试提前，自己cover可能多出来的花费。我不知道这样做
