for diarrhea, this is before the specialist and the biopsy.
I wonder if bingbing does have a bacterial infection, which causes the fever
and diarrhea, but slow to respond or unresponsive to the specific type of
antibiotics prescribed.
The macrophages and inflammation is still consistent with bacterial
infection?
I am sure the docs know more but it doesnt hurt to ask since they can
overlook things? |

一个Lovenox order for a hx of HIT patient 的electronic order被我点到
电脑上红艳艳的red flag呀～看得我心跳，更心虚
悄悄的退出，让其他人 process这个棘手的order 吧。。。
这样的念头闪过3秒，但还是坚定：不能退缩，不能依赖！
下定了决心后，便跟旁边的resident和一起工作的preceptors们说，这个order是我的
了，放一边我来处理
首先page prescriber，回电话的是个medical resident
跟她对话颇不顺利，首先跟我说病人是PE, 然后说已经跟icu 的 attending说过这事，
他们都知道病人有hx of HIT，但还是决定用lovenox。最后说她也不容易，resident得
听attending的呀。我还没开口呢，她就硬的软的全都上来了～晕呀！但HIT是严重反应
，不能随便退缩，必须表明我的观点，大概意思就是Lovenox也会引起HIT的，虽然病人

那个病人继续吃norco是那个医生要决定的。 既然那个MD把norco换成ibuprofen 800就
说明了医生其实根本不知道这个病人在用suboxone。
我觉得楼主做的很好，我觉得有没有provide patient education很多时候得看那个病
人接不接受。当这个病人被告知norco被换成ibuprofen了以后漫骂的态度其实就决定了
他其实去er就是想要norco。药剂师不仅又责任provide patient education也有责任
appropriate use of medication, 在这个病人身上用norco就是inappropriate的。
最后一句，其实病人多重要，自己的license也很重要。懂得保护自己是我一直在
retail做每个药剂师都告诉我的。假设这个病人用了norco后出了什么问题， 别人来查
，一个药剂师明明知道这个病人在用suboxone还给fill norco而且没有告诉prescriber
是失职的。

像从来没有宣传过这件事。我查了国家图书馆的数据库，发现这个文件很可能没有出版
过中译本。我不知道台湾是否出过中译本，当年南京政府应该有中文版的。
我对这个事情很不理解。
这是第一手的历史原件，历史价值就不用说了，对于爱国主义教育和揭露日本军国主义

今天，我非常震惊地发现，1946年《远东国际军事法庭判决书》（International
Military Tribunal for the Far East Judgment）网上居然有英语全文，那可是1500
页的文件啊。
我从不知道，这么重要的第二次世界大战的文件，网上居然可以轻易找到！国内媒体好
像从来没有宣传过这件事。我查了国家图书馆的数据库，发现这个文件很可能没有出版
过中译本。我不知道台湾是否出过中译本，当年南京政府应该有中文版的。

我来说说。
1. 首先，我对佛教没了解。
因为佛祖没有留下书面文字，
不光如此，连同年代的烙印弟子
敌人学者都没有留下书面文字, 没有
任何佐证，peer review。 所以
佛教所有的早期经典都是口述。 口传最大
的问题就是死无对证，夸大，遗漏，故意
非故意误传谬传。 有1/10是真的，已经很了不起了。
道家道教都是源于道德经。 而道德经
也是老子（本身是史学大牛），根据周朝几百年
积累的皇家传书，甚至集商朝几百年的
历史经验之大成。当时还有很多同时代
的学者分布着周朝首都和各个诸侯国，
所以道德经是经过Peer review的。

刚才看到原来铯137只能靠普鲁士蓝。而且普鲁士蓝还可以防铊，大家还是早点到网上
囤点普鲁士蓝吧。
