其实prescription我一直没有看到过，在我给test center打电话预约的时候被告知，
ob office应该把我的prescription传真给test center，然后我才可以预约，随后我只
是打电话给ob office，请他们帮忙传真prescription。在我去test center check in
的时候因为prescription已经被传真到了，所以就直接去检查了。
我担心只做second trimester screening会不会用处不大，不都是要FTS和STS两次结果
结合起来看才更准确嘛?
所以等STS结果出来后再决定是否做羊穿吗？

我是cigna open access plus。流程如下：
1.给cigna打电话，确定可以cover breastpump。给了care centrix 的联系方式。提醒
要OB的prescription，宝宝出生之后才能order。
2.打电话给care centrix，要求提供医生的prescription
3.试着找OB，开了prescription。离宝宝预产期还有三个礼拜。
4.电话care centrix，一个男的接的，要求OB直接给打电话，挂掉。重新打电话，一个
女的接的，问了个人保险信息，OB的姓名、电话、地址等信息，然后就给order了，给
了confirmation number，强调了想要medela freestyle。我问人家要不要
prescription，她说不用。也没问我宝宝什么时候出生。

首先，米国配隐形必须要prescription。要拿到prescription需要做eye exam和
contact fitting。我在很多地方做过，无论是walmart还是单独门面的eye doctor，这
两项费用都没太大差，基本是80左右total。
注意，prescription有效期是一年。这一年内没有限制，买多少都行。
医生开给你prescription的时候有两项，一项是框架眼镜的度数弧度，可以配自己爱的
牌子。一项是隐形眼镜的度数品牌，只能买医生开给你的特定品牌。当然，如果你不喜
欢/不舒服的话可以告诉医生，可以根据你的需求换的。
我发现米国的医生特别喜欢开半月抛的强生oasys，我遇到的几个都开的这个，我带着
也还舒服，就讲讲这个怎么买便宜。
强调我不是任何网站/品牌的托！
我的隐形眼镜都是在visiondirect.com买的，这个和drugstore.com是一家。

是这样的,我今年在那里配了一副眼镜,用保险配的,医生给了我prescription.因为眼镜
已经拿到了,我没仔细看prescription的内容,并且我也不懂,以为有度数就可以了.
我的保险每年只能用一次.这次我还想再配个眼镜,自己付全款,但不用重新验光,用上次
的prescription就可以,于是才发现有些数据没有,我没办法在网上配眼镜.
不过刚刚又打电话问了医生,他说我的眼镜不是progressive的,虽然prescription上写
了,但他自己没写,就不是! |

小孩出生后1周左右，产妇和小孩要去见医生检查，这个时候跟医生提出要开
prescription，就跟医生说要上班，医生不会具体验证的。
拿到prescription乐以后，打upmc的电话，当天或者第二天就有人送货上门，同时拿走
prescription。 或者是你把prescription寄给upmc，然后他们再给你寄东西过来
具体细节记不清楚乐，但是大致情况是这样

down on their bribery operations in their country. Hopefully these
individuals will get a fair trial, OUTSIDE the state Indiana. BTW...didn't
know Lilly's research was all that valuable considering their pathetic

want an eye exam or need a new prescription for your eyes.
depends on your insurance.
Do NOT go to an eye doctor to get the prescription and then the store for
the glasses. If you have the exam in the store and glasses as well, they
will guarantee satisfaction - if you feel uncomfortable they will give you a
new pair. If the prescription is from someone else there is no such
guarantee unless it's due to the defects of lens |

有了prescription 就无敌了 可以买镜片了
镜片一般有好几种 一般每个地方都有3-4种档次的
最好的就是加膜 超薄
个人经验 在沃尔马弄过最好的 $80多 一副镜片 但是还是厚的像啤酒瓶底 和国内配的
差好多
镜片的cover 一般保险只cover最差的镜片 而且还要交copay $10-25
最好的copay+$40-60不等
镜框没prescription都可以买 就是看你insurance 怎么cover了 |
