瓶装普通胰岛素在大部分州是OTC (Novolin N, Novolin R, Novolin 70/30).需要用注
射器.可以在Walmart 买到. 10ml一瓶$25.(其他药房很贵, CVS $180 一瓶,太evil了.)
. 胰岛素放在药房里面,需要向药房工作人员购买.
胰岛素笔用的penfill 是处方药,美国没有处方买不到.
如果从国内带,一定要随身携带,不能托运.因为胰岛素冷冻后会失效.
另外这里药房买的药,保存的好,活性效力高.

心请教大家。因为很多术语不知道准确的中文翻译，所以中英混杂，见谅……
现在家里的基本情况是家在新泽西，只有老公一人上班，老婆不上班，有一个不到三岁
的娃。全家都很健康，很少看医生，娃马上要去day care，暂时没有生二娃的打算。所
以这个保险平时可能主要用来给娃看医生了。请大家建议一下应该如何选择，多谢！
看到保险有好多种，HMO，EPO，PPO之类，基本定义是这个样子：
HMO，有primary care physician，有health network，network之外不cover；
EPO，不需要指定primary care physician，有health network，network之外不cover；
PPO，不需要指定primary care physician，有health network但是network之内看病也
要出一些钱，network之外cover一部分，deductible比较高。

cover这个，只要10美元,它写的是treinoin cream。我查了一下就是A酸。
这个用起来让脸又红又干又褪皮，我从来没让脸这么干过，觉得还不如不用。正好看到
Vouge上有一篇讲Retinol-A的文章，说它是几乎唯一所有皮肤科医生都一致同意的anti
-aging的有效成分，除了防晒。而且它治痘，淡斑，促进胶原蛋白的产生。以前没引起
重视是它的副作用明显，让脸又红又干，又shiny,因为它让细胞更新的太快了。
所以我坚持用了两个月，觉得好像有效果了。好像不那么干了，也许是因为夏天到了？
而且皮肤好像嫩了一些，就是有点新长出来的皮肤的感觉，不知是不是心理作用。我又
让医生给我开了一管，第一次是0.025%,后来是0.05%。有没有人也在用，分享一下经验
？
*以前写的，我用完那个夏天皮肤超好，后来再用它嫩肤效果就没那么明显了，副作用
也没有了，不知是不是该加大计量了，不过我也不容易长痘了，就没有坚持每天用了，
偶尔还会用。

的test result。我拿着这个negative的test result去petfooddirect买药，人家说不
卖，需要prescription，这个只是个test result。我就去管luvmypet要prescription,
他们竟然说他们不给开prescription的，只给test result。我说不给prescription人
家不给卖药
啊，他们竟然让我去找个vet开prescription。。。我晕哦，你只管给做test，不给开
prescription,还有这个道理？那我找你做test干嘛？
我仔细想想我以前也在petco做的这个test，也在petfooddirect买过药，都没问题啊，

heartgard呀，砖头状的药块。但是我隐
约记得当时petco那个诊所给寄了两张纸，一张蓝色的，一张粉色的，粉色的应该就是
prescription。但是现在却告诉我说不给prescription了。。。这样的话就谁会去
petco做test呢？去找vet开prescription也要钱的啊，而且很多vet必须要在他那里做
test才给开prescription的，不是说去找个vet给他看看结果他就开prescription。不
知道在petco做test的大家都怎么弄的prescription呢？ |

新的，不过懒得折腾，不过最近发现这个旧泵有点小问题，于是想要不还是换个新的吧。
1，先打insurance customer service的电话，问清楚是不是100%cover, dollar limit
是多少，cover什么牌子，什么型号的泵，有哪些in network provider,他们于是给我
发了两个list的provider，一个是medical equipment的，一个的医院的。说female
member每年可以cover一个新的pump,并且说除非是租hospital grade的，否则不需要
prescription。
2，先联系byram，是insurance推荐的一个provider，结果人家说生完孩子30天之后就
不管了；
3，想了一下，决定找我生孩子的医院的lactation center,打电话过去说要买pump，他
们给了另外一个电话。于是接着打，人家告诉我说一定需要ob的prescription，于是打
